2. Sleep Walking Basically sleepwalking is a sleeping disorder in which people walk while asleep without even noticing it themselves. Sleep walking occurs on stages 3 and 4 (deep sleep) of the sleeping cycle. When children or any person reaches puberty that’s when sleepwalking tends to stop. The gender in which this disorder occurs on more often is males. In genetics it is said that sleepwalking occurs a lot on identical twins and will occur more often if one of their relatives has had sleepwalking as a problem in the past or present. People that also use drugs even if its because of any health problems will most likely have or get sleepwalking and it also occurs often in pregnancies. A person can get sleepwalking if they don’t get proper sleep or if they are very ill and get high fevers. Sleepwalking has many symptoms, but the most known for the people are if the person is walking very quietly without making no noise and has his or her eyes wide open like a zombie or they are very clumsy , look exhausted or are very slow when it comes to answering questions. Relaxation and mental imagery are therapies used for sleepwalking they are usually managed by therapists or hypnotist. Sometimes Medical Treatment will have to be one of the options for prevention of sleepwalking. Some of the medications that were used often and are effective are Benzodiazepines, such as estazolam or antidepressants such as trazodone, but if you stop using any of these medications there will be an even greater increase in sleepwalking

3. Sleep Apnea Sleep Apnea is if a person has trouble breathing when asleep. Sleep Apnea is more common on Adults. For a person to get sleep Apnea often they either have to have a family history in sleep Apnea or have an excess weight gain. The gender that this disorder is more common on is males. Some of the symptoms for this disorder are if you sleep during the day, are very exhausted, have headaches and poor memory. Causes of this disorder are Obesity, common colds and throat abnormality. 4. Nightmare disorder Nightmare disorder is when a person has bad dreams over and over and feels frightened and shaken up when he or she wakes up. Nightmare disorders are common in children. This disorder usually begins between the ages of 4 and 12. Girls and boys have an equal chance in getting this disorder. People that tend to get disorder are the ones that have gone through traumatic and rough times like for example a victim that suffered from rape, or child abuse. Some of the symptoms a person might get are moaning or talking in sleep, breathing heavily or heart rate increasing. Children tend to not need a treatment for nightmare disorder since they will mature and grow out of it. Treatments that you can do for sleep disorder are meditation or any type of relaxation technique. If the disorder is more extreme you can seek help from psychologists or any other expert.
