Overnight, COVID-19 changed life and the way in which our communities function. From the beginning of the crisis to July 31, 2021, we processed data on 6,057 philanthropic instances in the Western Balkans and registered the total amount of EUR 74,097,787 in donations.

1. Philanthropy’s Response to
COVID-19
In all Western Balkans countries, most of the donations are for
the purchase of consumer goods, such as masks, gloves and
disinfectants.
From the beginning of the crisis to July 31, 2021, we processed
data on 6,057 philanthropic instances in the Western Balkans
and registered the total amount of EUR 74,097,787 in donations.
