10. Constant Learning
Learning is an attitude.
Be willing to explore and evaluate everything you learn… even the obvious.
Learn how to ask good questions.
You will never know everything! Always act and think like you are a
beginner, ask a lot of questions, and it’s amazing what you will learn!
Thinking and analyzing are skills, skills that need to constantly be
exercised!
Think you have the answer… dig deeper!

Listening goes hand in hand with learning.
Millennials are labeled as not being good listeners.
Just want to learn what they want to learn.
Not willing to listen to the wisdom of the past.
You never know what you are missing when you don’t
listen.

The best way to be come better at what you want to do
is to find people who are already doing it and model your
behavior after them.
