30. The subsidy Innovation Performance Contracts (IPC) is for permanent innovation projects of groups SME entrepreneurs, accompanied by a secretary. Central to the IPC scheme is cooperation & knowledge sharing. The scheme is designed for groups of 15 to 35 companies with a substantial connection, for example because they work in the same chain, region or industry. These companies carry out a multi-innovation process. They give themselves to any area they want to innovate. It can be products, services, processes or a combination thereof. An SME-profit organization, for example a trade association, acts as secretary.
