In odoo membership management is done by Member Module. Odoo Membership Management supports different types of members that are free members, paid member, associate, and special member.

2.  In odoo membership management is done by Member Module.
 Its support different types of members.
○ Free member
○ Paid member
○ Associate member
○ Special Member
 And this module integrate with Sales and Account module.

3.  Install Member module from odoo apps.

4.  Membership Product Configuration.
 Goto Members -> Configuration -> Create

5.  From the create form create membership product and provide the name, duration,
fee and the other details.

6.  Configuration of member.
 Goto Members -> Create

7.  From the contact create form create a new contact by providing the necessary details.

8.  From the Membership tab we can configure membership for contact.

9.  Under the Membership tab, we have the option to tick whether it is a free or not.
 If we ticked the option it will be free membership.
 And its status become Free Member.

10.  If it is not a free member untick the checkbox and buy some membership.
 For this click Buy Membership link.

11.  From the wizard select membership product.
 And create invoice for membership.

12.  Post the invoice

13.  Register the payment

14.  Validate the payment

15.  After completing the payment you can see the membership details under the Membership
tab.
