This video is about displaying public price and discount to the customers. In the sales order, Discounts will highlight in the customer's view. the price will strike and discount price will shows. To do that, go to settings, enable discounts and multiple sales price per product. Then create/edit a price list. There you can see the option “Discount Policy”. Select the option “Show Public Price and Discount to Customer”. Now create a quotation add desired products, you can see the “Discount”. If you go to the preview you can see the highlighted discount.

2. INTRODUCTION

● One can provide discounts from pricelists and quotation

3. Lets see how it works:
Go to -> Sales -> Configuration -> Settings -> Check Discounts -> Check Multiple Sales Price Per
Products -> Select Price computed from formulas

4. One can add discounts in pricelists, Go to -> Sales -> Products -> Pricelists
Choose/create a pricelist.
Select discount policy as Show public price & discount to the customer

5. ● Add a pricelist item, where you can add discount to the product.
● Create Sales order for the respective product with the corresponding pricelist.

6. here, 20% of discount applied on the product based on the pricelist choosen.
discount is clearly visible in the preview of the quotation as shown below
