 Responsible for carrying out audits following prescribed audit programs

Job description:
To support the Regional Sales Manager / business partners / consultants in relation to:
1. Rate discount requests that benefits the client and the bank.
2. Day to day resolution of queries pertaining to Credit, 2nd level of escalation when call Centre outside
SLA and to resolve it.
3. Building and maintaining of relationships telephonically to retain business.
4. NTU’s to be followed up and assisting in trying to retain business
5. Assisting with client queries when required and to resolve it.
6. Understanding of Hogan / Nas / Excel to assist with queries and keeping various schedules updated.
 Responsible for the successful resolution of all incoming calls / queries / emails from various sales
partners , sales consultants and attorneys within SLA
 Responsible to ensure that all applications are followed through until registration within SLA
 Responsibilities also include the following:
1) Bond Administration – Confirm bond applications in terms of credit requirements.
2) Bond Tracking (Intake – AIP – FA – REG – Payout) – Monitor applications through the process in
accordance with Service Level Agreement.
3) Consultant Liaison – Update consultant telephonically or electronically of deals status when required
4) NBP Liaison – Liaise with NBP regarding any outstanding information required.
5) CRC Liaison – Liaise with CRC as to escalation of queries / outstanding issues
6) Pipeline – Monitor / Drive payouts within SLA
7) Attorney liaison - Liaise with Attorneys to ensure speedy registrations and good relationships
