4. Scope:
The project is going to centralize all RBC I&TS client documents globally onto a solitary platform. The suite of client
documents from all the RBC I&TS offices globally will be deposited on a central repository. Earlier Canadian Clients scan
and index the documents and save the metadata into Hybrid Image system by using Kofax Solution. Clients can able to
view the documents via CMS Viewer. Clients from other geographies (Europe/APAC) stores documents and images
using share points, respective local drives and alfresco software. At Current Kofax system is being implemented for other
geographies (Europe/APAC) in addition to Canada for Scanning and Indexing the data. All the indexed documents
[Metadata and images] from Kofax will be stored in Content Manager. EClient portal is introduced in the Future state of
CCDI for viewing the Metadata files. By Using the NAS Folder and Bulk Loader activity all the Historical files like Hybrid
Image System, Other Geographies Repositories will be migrated to Content manager. Here CDR will act as middleware
connectivity for Kofax and Content manager for maintaining client details

The PEGA RMC tool was created to enable users to configure an RMC by answering a series of questions that are

Health net 51-100 is an application used by Health Net insurance company for their new process for the Small Business
Quote companies which contains employees between 51 and 100. Insurance plans for each employees has been allocated
through this system by creating quotes by internal users of the Insurance company like Brokers, Account executives and
Underwriters. This application has the renewal functionality which renews the plans which are allocated to the
employees based on the effective dates. After the quote creation, the allotted plans will be sent to ABS application then the
plan gets activated. For the renewals, the quotes will be fetched from ABS application and renewed.
