2. Nabil Patel (Born- 10.03.1979) is an Indian Real Estate Developer,
Sales & Marketing Professional with over 20+ Years of experience.
He is currently the Chief Marketing Officer for One Mahalaxmi.
Born & Brought up in Mumbai, Nabil completed his schooling from
Christ Church School and was introduced to the Real Estate
Business at an early age. As a young focused kid, Nabil always
knew he would create a mark in the Indian Realty Sector.

3. Having more than 20 years of sales/marketing and business development experience across
sophisticated projects in Mumbai., Mr. Nabil has achieved a sales record of over Rs 5000
Crores. Furthermore he played a crucial role as the Director of Sales and Marketing with a
reputed realty group and successfully launched their IPO.
His Business Development role included responsibilities such as
-Sales & marketing
-Land acquisition
-Liasioning
-Coordination and land-related matters including acquisition
-Identification of location.
He was in charge of DB Realty's IPO launch of Rs.1500 crore in 2010 which was achieved in
record time and was oversubscribed 3.27 times.
