Through our renowned skills transfer division Inqaba Services’ vision is to provide improve and
empower learners with welding skills to meet the demand required by client. We aim to be
recognised as a world class skills transfer centre, uplifting and enhancing our learners, by giving
them the tools to better their future.
We see the skills transfer course as a process of developing the trainee’s knowledge and skills to a
desired level of competence. We do this by providing learning programs that are practical and
easily understood.
Not only do we present these opportunities to the unemployed communities, we also offer
businesses and affordable opportunity to send employees on our courses enhancing their skills
and competency levels, thus adding value to the employee. These services are available to
individual people, organisations, communities as well as government sectors to be part of
specialised practical welding skills programs, at an affordable rate for them to participate in the

Inqaba Services facilitates all requirements for the onsite skills transfer programs
Trainees are supplied with the following:

SKILLS TRANSFER

Upon receiving an instruction from HR to assist with an international assignment, whether the
employee will be assigned from Thailand to South Africa or India to Namibia, we provide a
complete service which outline costs, time frames and related documentation needed. We take
care of each application from start to finish.
IMMIGRATIONS FOREIGN SKILLED ARTISANS
In order to ensure all local talent is being utilised Inqaba Services facilitate a full spectrum national
recruitment drive for our clients. Inqaba Services facilitates forums with applicable unions
involving them throughout the process. Our team book testing facilities nationally, taking care of
all logistics, paperwork and travelling required for an effective recruitment drive. After consulting
with the corporate board and if being unsuccessful in recruiting the amount of skilled labour
available, as opposed to the labour needed, we then present foreign craft, as a solution to the
project/site.
The process of managing expatriates
Inqaba Services has registered entities in Thailand and Namibia, enabling us to supply quality
candidates on any permits the client requires them to enter in, all depends on the project and
duration of the project, at exceptionally affordable rates. Our international company in the East
runs a highly efficient testing facility, where the candidates are screened, assessed and certified
for the necessary skills required. Inqaba Services has successfully brought candidates intoAfrica
and internationally for the past 5 years. We have a full time in-house Thai coordinator that ensures
clear communication between the expatriates, ourselves and the client. Inqaba Services has
developed a framework to manage expatriates on global or international assignments. We view
people management as a set of activities, instead of a function of a specific department, the

OPERATIONS
Inqaba Services offers a complete solution to time and attendance requirements for both projects
and corporate clients for permanent, LDC and fixed term contract employees.
Our specialist consultants will advise as to the best solutions available to each client’s specific
time and attendance requirements. We offer turnkey support from installation to training and
continued maintenance.
Inqaba Services ensure that the best equipment is fitted at the office, construction site or outside
perimeter to allow employees in or out of the work place or construction sites. We have
experienced site clerks and coordinators to assist in the installation and up keep of the systems.
We deal with a variety of clocking systems in order to meet any criteria:
• Proximity cards readers
• Biometric terminals
•Turnstiles
• Containers to accommodate
Inqaba Services operations team is fully equipped to deal with demanding construction sites as
well as head offices, with over 15 years’ experience in the industry, operations is a team that has
service excellence and unmatched value instilled in them.
TIME AND ATTENDANCE
Inqaba Services offers a complete solution to payroll outsourcing for small to large businesses in
SouthernAfrica,Africa and internationally (local and expats/blue and white collar). We ensure that
the client has a streamlined and successful payroll solution designed for each individual
company’s needs.
Inqaba Services handles all payroll functions using VIP Premier Payroll. The system caters for all
legislative requirements such as tax (PAYE), U.I.F, SDL, OID etc. as well as all bargaining councils
like MIBFA (SEIFSA), MICFA, NBCRFI and MIBCO amongst others. Payroll division handle all
legislative reporting as required by SARS, the Department of labour and SETA’s; these include
EMP201, OID and U.I.F submission reports.
Uploading from a time and attendance system is also possible due to standard integrations which
reduce input time and avoid human input errors.
Payslips are printed on VIP payroll stationary for a professional end product. Payslips can also be
emailed to employees in a PDF format.
Inqaba Services handle HR Management and all documents pertaining to the following but
not limited to:
• Control all types of leave forms and processing onto VIPsystem
• Updating of employee personal data changes and record maintenance
• IRP5’s
• Complete and submit documents for terminations
Inqaba Services currently run payrolls for a variety of companies and have extensive experience
on site based projects on Kusile and Medupi (SSA).
