KeepVid allows downloading of almost any YouTube
movie; useful to avoid streaming issues during

Way more than just a photo-sharing site! Upload
photos and videos to site; parents can download
copies and/or purchase print-outs, books, etc.
Great for keeping up class calendars, agendas,

sites, blogs, etc.

“Digital Homework Tray & More”
DropBox is secure, cloud-based storage; perfect if you
work on documents on more than one device
DropItToMe works in conjunction with DropBox; kids
submit their homework on the website and files are
automatically stored in a specific folder in your DropBox
Students need only the website address and a secure
“codeword” provided by you to send; no access by them
EVER to your DropBox

“Digital Flash Cards and More”
Fun, free way to study languages, vocab, etc. in 18
languages
Kids can play educational games, study on mobile
devices, create their own flashcards and even share
them with friends

Awesome study site with games based on the reward
system; kids have to answer questions correctly to play
one of the numerous games
Teachers create the topic and the questions; the kids get
to pick which game they want to play.

necessary!

Puppet Pals w/ Director’s Pass ($2.99)
Students can use characters and backgrounds to create
a digital skit, complete with their own voiceover.
SplashTop Remote Desktop for iPad ($4.99)
Control your computer screen from your iPad, making
you mobile and allowing you (or students!) to
handwrite on your screen from their seat.
Professor Garfield (Free) This series of apps teaches
students about digital citizenship issues. They’ll have
so much fun they won’t know they’re learning!

Factor Samurai (Free)
Learn multiplication skills by cutting all the numbers down
to their prime factors. Kids love it - just like Fruit Ninja!
Stack the States ($0.99) & Stack the Countries ($1.99)
Kids learn about state and country capitals, shapes,
locations, and more as they collect and build their own
completed map.
EverNote (Free) and EverNote Peek (Free)
Take notes, capture photos, create to-do lists, record voice
reminders. Search or share them later. Sync content across
all devices. “Peek” works like a self-quiz w/ smartcover.
