A longtime real estate executive based in Iowa, Charles Ruhl, Jr spent 15 years as the president and chief executive officer of Ruhl and Ruhl Commercial Company in Davenport.Before founding that company, Ruhl was with the long established Ruhl and Ruhl Realtors for 22 years and last serving as Chief Executive Officer before starting Ruhl and Ruhl Commercial Company. As the organizational leader of the commercial real estate company, he played an integral role in all operations, from sales and brokerage operations to development and construction.He supports the efforts of numerous nonprofit organizations in Iowa and beyond, including the Iowa Public Television Foundation and Davenport Homes.
