BELLAD AND COMPANY HR PROGRESS REPORT FOR THE YEAR 2010-11
HR PROGRESS MDP TRAINIG (Managerial Development Programme) SDP TRAINING (Sales Development Programme) TDP TRAINING (Technician Development Programme) IT TRAINING (IT Skills Development Programme) Work under Process
HR PROGRESS MDP TRAINING MDP Training first Batch was organized in the month of October 2010 and second and third Batch in November 2010, at BelladBelligatti Farm House. Total 72 Employees have undergone this Training.
HR PROGRESS SDP TRAINING Total 8 Batches were conducted for SDP Training. These Batches were organized in the month of November 2010 to December 2010 By “DEEKSHA” At BelladBelligatti Farm House.  Around 200 Employees have undergone this Training.
HR PROGRESS TDP TRAINING Technician Development  Programme was organized In 7 Batches from December 2010 to January 2011. 200 Employees were part of this Programme, It was organized at BelladBelligatti Farm House.
HR PROGRESS IT SKILLS DEVELOPMENT TRAINING We have organized IT Skills Development Training for all those Employees who work on system. This Training was arranged In BVB Eng College By “DESHAPANDE FOUNDATIONS” Hubli. First Batch was done in the month of January 2011. 30 Employees from different DIV/Branches have undergone this Training.
