1. The City of Liverpool College: 17th Jan 2017
Social Media Confidence Training
This interactive course is developed with an eye on today’s growing Creative digital market and the needs for businesses
as well as entrepreneurs to have a clear understanding of social and creative media, and learning of its importance and
access. We feel there is nothing on the market that is upskilling people with necessary interpersonal skills and confidence
to produce productivity in communication within today’s digital marketplace.
The programme leaders are from our creative Showrunners division and head up the development on Creative & Social
Media marketing. They will:
Have a theoretical and practical approach to delivering Social Media confidence
Empower professionals with the use of Emotional Intelligence
Ensure that managers are up to date with the use of social media content
Develop strategies on how to use social media platforms
Create professional digital packaging with businesses
Develop a people-focussed workforce
Improve consistency within the management team
Improved teamwork within the management team.
The programme is offered to business managers who are looking to provide clear direction, confidence and support to
ensure creativity, inspiration and motivation in the achievement and awareness of social media and the online platform.
It covers the essential skills and personal qualities that will produce highly effective awareness of how to utilise the online
platform. Delegates will discover practical and straightforward ways to lead, organise and motivate in order to achieve
outstanding performance and results.
The Social Media Confidence programme will provide relevant examples, questions and answers which are specifically
relevant to the programme; all delegates will produce a digital package (EPK) at the end of the course.

both reflect and challenge the current culture of organisations around this ever fast growing industry.
Delegates ‘get it’ as the models, theories, tools and techniques can be made relevant and more easily translated to their
everyday business acumen.
Rather than speaking in high level or general terms, the training can address the specific challenges of the group around
how to utilise the social media platform and Internet.
Shared learning experience can be effectively built upon during the course and into the future.
