Chelsea graduated in January, 2013 from The New School for Public Engagement with an M.S. in Nonprofit Management. In 2009 she received her B.A. in Political Science and English from the University of North Florida. Her academic and professional experience is predominantly in advocacy, community organizing, program development / evaluation, public relations, and communications. She is particularly passionate about working with youth to enhance social capital through civic engagement programs.
