How to get the most out of it
Step 1) Go to portal.cybermark.com and make sure you are logged out of any personal
Google accounts (our Portal authenticates via your Google Analytics login which is a
Google Account).
Step 2) Click SIGN IN
Step 3) On the next page you will enter your
Google Analytics username and password.
Logging into the CyberMark Portal
*** If you don’t have your Google Analytics login
credentials, please contact your Marketing
Specialist at CyberMark.
Step 4) The first time you enter your
Username & Password you will receive a message from Google
asking permission for our application to view your Google
Analytics and Webmaster Tools data.
To use our software you must accept this step by clicking on
“Allow.”
*** This data will be saved in our system and this
step will be omitted from future logins.
Now you’re logged in to the CyberMark Portal and will see the blue navigation (see screenshot).
Below is a quick explanation of the data each section will provide about your website.
Website Performance - In this section, you can get a quick overview of the health and
performance of your website. Quickly check your organic, paid and social media traffic,
conversion rates, competitor linking analysis, and more. Organized in sections of: last 30 days
(P30), previous period of 31-60 days (P31-60) and last 30 days for last year (P30LY).
SEO Projects - In our SEO Projects section, you will find a list of your current SEO projects
(essentially, your existing SEO plan in limited format). You can quickly see a short description
of each project, the status of each project and the estimated completion date.
Rankings - You will find a finite list of keywords that your website is ranking for. Your
keywords will be updated with Google every 2 weeks. Please keep in mind that this is not
every keyword your website is ranking for. The ones here are your main targeted and high
volume traffic keywords.
Reports - If you have PPC or Social Media services with CyberMark, you will find monthly
reports for both services in this section. Download your current report, or a previous month's
report, in PDF format.
Manage Your Competitors - You will manage your top 3 competitors here. You can access the
linking comparison competitors at the bottom of the Website Performance section.

All traffic to your

section to receive data
your Google Analytics
Goals must be set up &
configured.
Website Performance
In this section, you can get a quick overview of the health and performance of your website. Quickly check your organic, paid and social media
traffic, conversion rates, competitor linking analysis, and more. Organized in sections of: last 30 days (P30), previous period of 31-60 days (P31-
60) and last 30 days for last year (P30LY).
Organic Search
This is your Organic Search traffic only.
(Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.)
Social
This is your websites traffic from Social Media.
(Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc.)
Direct/Other
Traffic for visitors that
directly type your website
in to their web browser,
click from email
campaign, etc. And
“Other” is all other
referrers.
Paid Search
All Paid Search traffic will
show in these sections. If you
are not currently running a
paid campaign then no data
will show.

SEO Projects
In our SEO Projects section, you will find a list of your current SEO projects (essentially, your existing SEO plan in limited
format). You can quickly see a short description of each project, the status of each project and the estimated completion date.
PROJECTS
The title and short description of each
project in your SEO plan.
ESTIMATED COMPLETION DATE
Our marketing is tracked by hourly rate, which
means this date can change. For example if a
project was completed faster than we originally
estimated, the completion date of all projects
will move back.
STATUS
View the status of your project.
See who is working on the
project, is it Open, Closed or are
we waiting for client approval.
Rankings
You will find a finite list of keywords that your website is ranking for. Your keywords will be updated with Google every 2 weeks.
Please keep in mind that this is not every keyword your website is ranking for. The ones here are your main targeted and high
volume traffic keywords.
KEYWORD
The keyword your website is

What position your keyword is
ranking at.
PAGE#
What page is your keyword
ranking on. 1-10 is Page #1,
11-20 is Page #2, etc.
Last Updated
The date our software last
checked the rankings.

How to Log into the CyberMark Client Dashboard

  • 1. How to get the most out of it
  • 2. Step 1) Go to portal.cybermark.com and make sure you are logged out of any personal Google accounts (our Portal authenticates via your Google Analytics login which is a Google Account). Step 2) Click SIGN IN Step 3) On the next page you will enter your Google Analytics username and password. Logging into the CyberMark Portal *** If you don’t have your Google Analytics login credentials, please contact your Marketing Specialist at CyberMark.
  • 3. Step 4) The first time you enter your Username & Password you will receive a message from Google asking permission for our application to view your Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools data. To use our software you must accept this step by clicking on “Allow.” *** This data will be saved in our system and this step will be omitted from future logins.
  • 4. Now you’re logged in to the CyberMark Portal and will see the blue navigation (see screenshot). Below is a quick explanation of the data each section will provide about your website. Website Performance - In this section, you can get a quick overview of the health and performance of your website. Quickly check your organic, paid and social media traffic, conversion rates, competitor linking analysis, and more. Organized in sections of: last 30 days (P30), previous period of 31-60 days (P31-60) and last 30 days for last year (P30LY). SEO Projects - In our SEO Projects section, you will find a list of your current SEO projects (essentially, your existing SEO plan in limited format). You can quickly see a short description of each project, the status of each project and the estimated completion date. Rankings - You will find a finite list of keywords that your website is ranking for. Your keywords will be updated with Google every 2 weeks. Please keep in mind that this is not every keyword your website is ranking for. The ones here are your main targeted and high volume traffic keywords. Reports - If you have PPC or Social Media services with CyberMark, you will find monthly reports for both services in this section. Download your current report, or a previous month's report, in PDF format. Manage Your Competitors - You will manage your top 3 competitors here. You can access the linking comparison competitors at the bottom of the Website Performance section.
  • 5. Your Website Statistics Here you will get you an idea of the overall health of your website. Domain Authority & Linking This is your websites linking score (from 1-100) You can also see how you compare with your competitors score. Visitors All traffic to your website including Organic, Paid, Social Media and Referrers. Conversions Your overall website conversions. For this section to receive data your Google Analytics Goals must be set up & configured. Website Performance In this section, you can get a quick overview of the health and performance of your website. Quickly check your organic, paid and social media traffic, conversion rates, competitor linking analysis, and more.   • 6. Organic Search This is your Organic Search traffic only. (Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.) Social This is your websites traffic from Social Media. (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc.) Direct/Other Traffic for visitors that directly type your website in to their web browser, click from email campaign, etc. And “Other” is all other referrers. Paid Search All Paid Search traffic will show in these sections. If you are not currently running a paid campaign then no data will show. Website Performance Continued...
  • 7. SEO Projects In our SEO Projects section, you will find a list of your current SEO projects (essentially, your existing SEO plan in limited format). You can quickly see a short description of each project, the status of each project and the estimated completion date. PROJECTS The title and short description of each project in your SEO plan. ESTIMATED COMPLETION DATE Our marketing is tracked by hourly rate, which means this date can change. For example if a project was completed faster than we originally estimated, the completion date of all projects will move back. STATUS View the status of your project. See who is working on the project, is it Open, Closed or are we waiting for client approval.
  • 8. Rankings You will find a finite list of keywords that your website is ranking for. Your keywords will be updated with Google every 2 weeks. Please keep in mind that this is not every keyword your website is ranking for. The ones here are your main targeted and high volume traffic keywords. KEYWORD The keyword your website is ranking for. RANK REPORT What position your keyword is ranking at. PAGE# What page is your keyword ranking on. 1-10 is Page #1, 11-20 is Page #2, etc. Last Updated The date our software last checked the rankings. Updated bi-weekly.
  • 9. Reports If you have PPC or Social Media services with CyberMark, you will find monthly reports for both services in this section. Download your current report, or a previous month's report, in PDF format. DOMAIN Your domain name. REPORT The type of report, either PPC Report, or Social Media Report. UPLOAD The date your report was uploaded. LINK Click on “View Report” to open your report.
  • 10. Manage Your Competitors You will manage your top 3 competitors here. You can access the linking comparison competitors at the bottom of the Website Performance section. URL This is where you can enter up to 3 competitor website addresses. The data for this metric will show under Website Performance > Domain Authority & Linking.
