2. PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION
Bicycles of our contemporary society are without
speedometers. The absence of speedometers on bicycles
have caused a lot of accidents. This is because when one is
riding a bicycle at a high speed, he or she may not realize it,
because a deceptive illusion is created in the minds of
riders when ever they are riding hence an individual on a
high speed may not realize that.

3. SOLUTION TO PROBLEM
Due to the havoc caused by bicycles without
speedometers, we have critically looked into the
problem and have decided to design a bicycle with a
speedometer which would help regulate the speed of
bicycle riders. And this we think would go a long way
to save the lives of many.

4. OBJECTIVES
 To reduce the rate at which accidents occur. That is, to
help determine the speed at which an individual is
moving, in order that they may be able to control their
speed.
 To help people in navigating their ways to their
various destinations.
