in accordance with auditing standards.
 Apply various auditing procedures to form an opinion on the numbers of the financial
statements pertaining to Hedge fund and asset management companies including fund of
funds, master feeder funds.
 Conduct tests of details for Interest, Dividend, realized gains, expenses/fees with supporting
documents and controls for various assets.
 Check the internal consistency of the financial statements, mathematical accuracy and the
prior year numbers of countless hedge fund financial statements and reviewing them till they
are made final draft.
 Perform specific audit procedures, prepare work papers documenting the audit procedures

 Critically review statutory accounts to ensure they fully meet financial
reporting requirements.

 Reviewing & Preparing Financial Statements (Statement of Financial Position, Operations,
Changes in Equity, Cash Flow Statement, Notes on Accounts) and annexure to Annual or
Interim Reports of HEDGE FUNDS.
 Act as a liaison between the clients and the development team i.e. analyzing the client’s
requirements and prepare functional specifications for the development team to arrive at
the required output.
 Dealing with IFRS and US GAAP related with Hedge Funds.
 Preparation of various types of reconciliation between TPA and HSBC data, dealing with the
reasons for such differences and taking corrective action.
 Supporting the audit / review process as and when required - This would primarily involve
generation of reports and tying off numbers in the Financial Statements.

 Valuation of Hedge Funds for NAV calculation.
 Preparation of portfolio valuations and maintenance of the underlying accounting records
for funds.
