Chris Bruno purchased Chris's American Restaurant in 1990 when it was well-known as Fiddler’s Restaurant—an inviting, casual Irish pub. In addition to being a restaurateur, Chris Bruno (Brookfield, CT) is also an avid hiker and considers himself lucky to live in Connecticut, a state with numerous inspiring trails despite its small size. One of the best Connecticut day hikes follows the Appalachian Trail from Kent to St. John’s Ledge.
