Caring about things that aren't important (gossip, other people's opinions, acceptance from others, consequences, etc) isn't awesome and just letting go of stuff that won't matter and doing whatever makes you awesome. STeP II: Have Good Posture. Good posture makes you look AND feel awesome. Back is straight, shoulders back, chest out, chin up. Bad posture is for people who AREN'T awesome. Tell me, who has bad posture and is awesome? Yeah, nobody. With better posture you will breathe better and feel better too! STeP III: Eat Well. Eating well will make you look good and feel good, just like the posture. Likewise, eating poorly (big ass hamburgers and donuts) on a regular basis will make you feel sluggish, slow and the OPPOSITE of awesome! Eating well also makes you make better choices in everything which also makes you awesome. STeP IV: Look Good Smell Good. ANYBODY awesome looks good, feels good and especially smells good. It's an overall aura.
