Please allow this letter to serve as a recommendation for Christie Polley. Mrs.
Polley completed her professional counseling practicum at Community Behavioral
Health(CBH). CBH is an outpatient mental health clinic that provides individual,
family, and group psychotherapy, medication management as well as other
treatment services.
Mrs. Polley was an awesome addition to our clinical team. She arrived promptly,
eager, and excited to meet the needs of the clients. Mrs. Polley was exceptionally
organized and prepared to face new challenges. She was often energized, warm,
genuine, and more than willing to assist such a diverse group of children and
adults. She did not hesitate to assist wherever she was needed.
Furthermore, Mrs. Polley demonstrated the ability to easily access and utilize
electronic medical record programs and google business documents. She was
quite efficient with completion of patient medical records and documentation,
assessment/evaluation, progress notes, correspondence, and discharge
summaries.
CBH’s management staff and clinical team were grateful to have Mrs. Polley as a
part of our student staff. CBH would not hesitate to have Mrs. Polley return to our
clinic as a licensed clinician.
