After 2 days of flying, with 12-15 battery changes, the rear plastic strut broke at
one end. Saw the same problem with the first drone. Removed the broken strut, so
we could still swap batteries. One spare battery had rough outer covering, so we
stopped using it.

Some propeller blades needed replacement. Pilot attached new blades improperly,
so copter would not fly. Reattached blades as shown in manual, and copter flew
again.
