Introduction:
This report is designed to educate you on the basics of how your brain works and how much
control you have over the progression of your intellect and health of your brain. Our T.H.I.N.K.
Kit, which stands for “Thinking Higher Involves Neurological Kindness”, was created to teach
you the importance of thinking higher. It is not possible to think higher and eat toxic food, or
drink excessive alcohol, or take a lot of drugs whether prescription or recreation. The brain was
not designed to cater to these toxins. Yes, you can still survive in an altered state of
consciousness that is neither healthy for your state of mind nor your livelihood and wellbeing.
However, what’s the point of merely existing and surviving when you can excel and thrive? I
presume you are a person with integrity and that means you sincerely want to take care of your
brain, otherwise you wouldn’t be reading this report. If that is the case I am here to encourage
you to be kind to your complex and fantastic brain, to learn how to excel and thrive and to
avoid brain toxins as much as possible. Whether you believe in God or not processed food was
not His design. Man was created to eat fresh fruits and vegetables, seeds and grains, drink lots
of clean, toxic free water and exercise the mind and body to live and excel optimally. Once you
understand the importance of taking great care of your brain throughout your life, I invite you
to purchase our full T.H.I.N.K. coaching program to get the full benefits of what this training will

offer you. You can go here and purchase the full kit now:

What does T.H.I.N.K. really mean?
So what do I mean by thinking higher? Well, let’s say you are face with a challenging situation.
In this situation you are at work, your boss is the typical A-personality boss. You know, high
strung, on edge, aggressive, outspoken, demanding, and annoying. So let’s say you were sick
last week with a nasty cold that just lingered. You stayed home the whole week (thank God for
sick time), which means you missed some important assignments that either had to be put on
hold or delegated to someone else. Let’s say they were delegated to someone else. And this
someone else does not really meet your standards of going above and beyond the call of duty.
So you know your work is most likely mediocre, and does not truly represent the real effort you
put into your job. So this someone turns in the assignments you were not able to turn in
because of your absence. Your boss, being outspoken, rude and aggressive, greets you Monday
morning with a dirty look, and instead of smiling and asking you how you feel, she barks orders
at you and complains about the work that was turned in by that someone else. How do you
handle it? Do you give her a dirty look back, do you roll your eyes at her, play the victim and
proceed to complain about your illness, tell her to go to hell and then walk away? Or do you
“think higher” and smile at her, apologize that you were not able to be here to turn in the work,
and let her know that next time you will take it home with you so it will be done beyond her
expectations? I hope you chose the latter because that is just a small example of what thinking
4. 4
higher is all about. If your brain is in tip top shape then you can think on a higher level and
make sure your actions and decisions are made for the good of all concerned.
So what does neurological kindness mean? Well, basically just being good and kind to your
brain. That means eating right, exercising appropriately, staying balanced in your life, staying
educated and knowledgeable, and avoiding brain killers or toxins. Can you do that? Of course
you can, let me show you how.
In this report there are tools and resources included to assist you in training your brain to be
the best brain it can be and that means treating it right. I mainly cater to at-risk youth and this
is not a concept that most teens identify with because their lives are barely beginning and they
may feel like training or taking care of their brain is not necessary. Not to mention they are at a
stage of experimentation and that means they are open to all sorts of toxins. In addition, the
prefrontal cortex which is responsible for understanding the consequences of behavior, is not
fully developed until age 25. So teens have it tough, but adults don’t really have an excuse
unless you have damage to your brain that needs repairing if possible. Caring for your brain is
very necessary and can be compared to training your body to play a sport well or
extracurricular activity well. In order to shoot hoops to the best of your ability or excel in your
dance recital you must train and train hard for long periods of time. It is the same with your
brain. In order to get the best out of its potential and keep it healthy and strong for decades to
come, you must train your brain to work for you and not against you. If you are a parent
reading this I am sure you will understand how important that is. If you are an adult who just
wants to have a healthy brain and body then I am sure you understand the concept of treating
your brain right with nutrition, brain games, and living a balanced life with minimal stress. If
5. 5
one thing goes wrong in the brain, it can cause an upset for the whole body and wreak havoc
on your life. Therefore, it is of the utmost importance to do whatever you can now to keep
your brain in tip top shape.
Let’s begin by answering a couple of assessment questions to gauge where you stand right now
in brain health. These questions are included in the full 12 question assessment in the full kit
and it would serve you well to get the kit so you can answer all questions and have a more
thorough idea of where your brain health measures up.
1. If there is anything negative that you would give in to or have given in to, what would
it be and why do you think you could not say no? (drugs, promiscuity, alcohol, food
addictions, shopping, self-inflicted pain like cutting, etc. – please be honest with your
answers)
2. Do you understand the damage these toxins can do toyour brain? To your body?

Intro to Neurological Kindness – Brain Health 101
Brain Foods
1. Fruit is an excellent for the brain. Instead of a short burst of energy these carbohydrates have
long chains of sugar molecules that the body breaks down gradually, releasing glucose to fuel
the brain over time. Mix and match your fruits and try juicing them as much as possible. I use
the Nutribullet which breaks down the fruit completely due to its 600-watt motor extractor
blade. Check out http://www.nutribullet.com or the Ninja at
https://www.amazon.com/slp/ninja-juicer-blender/c95a5qz8swpk9c3 and invest in one for
yourself.
2. Fish is high in Omega-3 fatty acids, which builds gray matter and cell membranes. Reportedly,
these fats can also help emotional balance and a positive attitude throughout life.
3. Egg yolk is a leading source for choline, a nutrient that, recently, has been proven to boost
brainpower by speeding up the sending of signals to nerve cells in the brain. Scrambled eggs
with wheat toast. Eggs are a good source of protein, and with a slice of toast, you'll have a
combination of nutrients that will give you extra energy all morning.
4. Vegetables are an excellent source of nutrition. Choose different varieties and colors, and do
your best to eat them raw, steamed or juiced for best results.
5. Whole-wheat bagel with jelly or cream cheese. Multi-grain or whole-wheat bagels are more
nutritious than plain white ones, and a tablespoon of jelly or cream cheese is a better choice
than heavy butter.
7. 7
6. Yogurt with granola. Get a big dose of calciumfrom the yogurt, and put granola on top for a
satisfying crunch.
7. Salmon is an excellent source of Omega 3 fatty acids DHA and EPA, which are essential for
brain growth and function. It is commonly seen that those who eat salmon at least twice a
week have sharper minds. Mental skills tests are a breeze for them. Tuna and mackerel also are
rich in fatty acids, but the best is salmon.
8. Peanuts and peanut butter are an excellent source of Vitamin E, a potent antioxidant that
protects nervous membranes. Thiamine is also present which helps the brain and nervous
system convert glucose to energy.
9. The brain needs an optimal level of glucose for energy throughout the day, which is provided
by consuming whole grains. The fiber present helps regulate the release of glucose. And the
vitamin B that it contains makes sure your kids develop a healthy nervous system.
10. Berries such as strawberries, blueberries, cherries all contain powerful antioxidants. The
richer the colors intensity, the more nutritive value the berries possess. Vitamin C is also
present which is thought to prevent cancer. Improved memory is noticed in kids and adults that
consume berries regularly. The seeds also contain omega 3 fatty acids.
11. Avocado is excellent for the brain. It is high in fatty acids and a monounsaturated fat, which
contributes to healthy blood flow. "And healthy blood flow means a healthy brain. You can eat
them plain with salt and pepper or none at all, or you can add them to different dishes,
spreads, smoothies, or sandwiches.

A quick note about BrainKillers (toxins)
For those of you reading this report that have a drug or alcohol addiction, first I encourage you
to seek professional assistance to help you say goodbye to your addiction. Next, I want to
inform you that the effect you experience from taking any drug can be felt by using a safer and
alternate method. For instance, in social situations most people are nervous, self-conscious
and pretty scared. It’s silly to be scared of other people just like you, however, it is human
nature but it doesn’t have to be. Fear is false evidence appearing real which means whatever
you are afraid of is only real because you make it real. Therefore, if you drink alcohol to lower
your inhibitions or to make yourself more relaxed in social situations or even alone you are
damaging your brain and succumbing to a foreign substance unfamiliar to the brain, and toxic
to its operation. Meditation, breathing exercises, yoga, self-esteem, self-worth, and knowledge
of self can all create the same relaxed state of mind. If you just take the time to seek a
healthier and safer method of relaxation you will produce the same effect on your brain and
feel confident in all of your social situations. Some people use drugs and alcohol to escape pain
and suffering but there are alternate methods to escape as well. Such as reading, laughing,
distracting yourself with fun activities and helping and serving others to forget about your
problems and yourself. You may be annoyed at hearing that but it is very true if you just give it
a chance and choose health and safety over toxins and dangerous chemicals. The more you
learn about your brain, the more you appreciate it, the better you will treat it.

The Brain On Drugs
1. Heroin is a highly addictive opiate (like morphine). Brain cells can become dependent (highly
addictive) on this drug to the extent that users need it in order to function in their daily routine.
While heroin use starts out with a rush of pleasure, it leaves the user in a fog for many hours
afterwards. Users soon find that their sole purpose in life is to have more of the drug that their
body has become dependent on.
2. Alcohol is no safer than drugs. Alcohol impairs judgment and leads to memory lapses. It can
lead to blackouts. It distorts vision, shortens coordination, and in addition to the brain can
damage every other organ in the body. A glass of wine will not harm the brain and in fact has
been known to create a relaxing effect as long as it is not used excessively (it can lead to
addiction so be careful and have self-control with your intake).
The Effects Of Alcohol On The Brain
1. Difficulty walking, blurred vision, slurred speech, slowed reaction times, impaired memory:
Clearly, alcohol affects the brain.
2. Alcohol can produce detectable impairments in memory after only a few drinks and, as the
amount of alcohol increases, so does the degree of impairment. Large quantities of alcohol,
especially when consumed quickly and on an empty stomach, can produce a blackout, or an
interval of time for which the intoxicated person cannot recall key details of events, or even
entire events.
10. 10
3. Alcohol can affect several parts of the brain, but in general, alcohol contracts brain tissue and
depresses the central nervous system.
4. Excessive drinking over a prolonged period of time can cause serious problems with cognition
and memory.
Emotions & The Brain
1. We cannot cognize phenomena if the perception of them is not integrated with feelings,
which award the cognition of objects and events with vital qualities. Which basically means you
need to feel and emotions are important. You just need to learn how to control them and use
them to your advantage.
2. Emotions are considered as effects of physiological processes.
3. Emotions are the feelings that give rise to states of mind, such as joy, anger, love, hate,
horror, fear, despair, sadness, etc. We all have a right to these emotions and they should be
expressed in a controlled and safe manner.
4. Neuroscientists pair the study of emotion and motivation because many scientists define
emotions as reactions that determine motivated behaviors.
11. 11
The Importance Of A Healthy Brain
1. Signals sent from the brain through the nervous systemcontrol all body functions such as
thoughts, the way you move your body, and even how well you learn and remember things.
2. When these systems are working to their full potential, every part of the body benefits
immediately. The ability to focus will be increased, mood will improve, and even food will be
digested faster. As the productivity specific systems are increased a domino effect is created;
every body part is working together to heal and maintain all other organs and systems. Brain
and nervous system health can even affect your immune system.
3. How well these systems are working within your body can dramatically influence mood,
attitude and even your safety. For instance, when the hand touches a hot surface, the brain
sends a message to that part of the body telling it to retract the hand. If these systems are not
working to their full potential, things such as reaction times are affected and slowed.
4. The ability to focus is also controlled by the brain. It is human nature to have multiple
priorities running through your mind at all times. This makes it difficult to focus on the task at
hand, which may require your complete and undivided attention. The healthier these body
systems are kept, the better they will work for you.
