drivers license or passport to
RTA’s ID center to obtain your
card (this card is optional).
Medicare Card recipients
must bring card along with
state ID or drivers license to
RTA’s ID center to obtain this
card.
5. • The RTA uses modern wheelchair lift-equipped buses and ramp-equipped
mini-vans to provide paratransit transportation
• A vehicle appropriate for the person’s disability will provide service to the
client
• Paratransit is a shared ride service, meaning that a client will be in the
vehicle as the operator drops off and pick up other passengers along the
route until the vehicle reaches the client’s designated destination
