- MOVE is a strategic framework, introduced at the MWC in February of 2011 that enables operators to extend their ability to monetize, and optimize the Video experience for the NG Mobile Internet.The MOVE framework consists of an expanding set of solutions that today encompasses:SP WiFi, Mobile Videoscape, AIR, Policy/Charging, Unified RAN backhaul, and now Voice and Video over LTE.
