3. 1 - New York by Gehry, 8 Spruce Street
From this aerie, Santa can slalom down the rental tower’s stainless steel ripples to his very large heart’s delight while
taking in all the ho-ho-ho sights of Lower Manhattan.

4. 2 - The Beresford, 211 Central Park West

6. 4 - One Beacon Court, 158 West 58th Street
The top six floors of this mixed-use tower are illuminated but Santa must be nimble to avoid banging into its tall
antenna. It’s a natural “refueling” stop since it’s across the street from Bloomingdale’s.

7. 5 - The Time Warner Center, 80 Columbus Circle
This icy, mixed-use complex overlooking Columbus Circle has two, tall, illuminated towers that most travelers
use to find the greatest Whole Foods store in the world in the huge basement with all the goodies that Santa
deserves.

8. 6 - The Porter House, 360 West 15th Street
This small residential building at the epicenter of Chelsea is the city’s premier “lighthouse” with its myriad vertical
strips of lighting guiding the universe’s best pinball wizard to a safe landing.

9. 7 - Downtown by Starck, 15 Broad Street

11. 9 - One Lincoln Plaza, 20 West 64th Street
This was one of the city’s first tall buildings to go gaga with satellite dishes, so Santa can play “Jingle Bells” on it
if he can nimbly navigate a landing without getting too wet from the new fountain across the street at the
Lincoln Center.

12. 10 - The Chelsea Enclave, 177 Ninth Avenue
This new residential building is the east end of the full-block seminary that is clustered about The
Close, its big lawn where Santa is always welcome because that’s where Clement Moore probably
