Managed and executed over 87 store launches and renewals. Maintained the visual impact of stores and presented the
brand identity throughout the store. Planned and executed sales solutions by designing stores including interiors (floorplan,
elevation), display planning (3D graphics, sketches, storytelling) and executions.
Reflected the brand identity and creating visual displays in all commercial, sales support and co-worker areas. Analyzed
market and design trends to understand the customers and their lifestyles. Designed showrooms and guided/directed to all
retail stores.
Worked closely with engineering, marketing and sales planning team to maximize the sales. Made strategic choices and
operational decisions to develop and drive the business to achieve the best possible results.
Delivered implementation packages from fine layout to detailed documentation using Adobe, Auto CAD, 3D MAX, Sketchup,
Rhino, as well as Microsoft Office.
Created training tools and store display manuals to prepare store teams for launch & renewal planning, implementation and
administration. Mentored store teams throughout the planning and launch process.
