Today, I am a generalizing specialist, working as a freelancer. I started as a Software Engineer on Microsoft .NET platform in a consulting company. I quickly develop technical specialty on it, and first interest in Agile principles and practices. After a 18 months project led this way, I became more and more convinced about Agile in IT development, through needed client orientation and business value focus, which I think to be the more valuable in Agile approach.
