we
make

New
Years
resolutions-‐

February
they
have
often
gone

ways.
Why?
Our
thoughts
are
‘energy’.
These
thoughts

“I’m

to

smoking’

I
need
more
happiness’
and
our
stress
energy

sits
in
our
system,
around
us,
in
our
‘aura’
or
‘bioplasmic
energy
field’.
In
order
for
us
to
keep
these
resolutions
we
need
to
remove
the
thought,
the
‘seed’.
We
have
between
20,000
and
70,000
thoughts
a
day.
Times
that
by
365
days
of
the
year,
and
then
by
your
age
–
that’s
a
lot
of
thoughts-‐
and
also
very
tiring.
You
spend
more
time
actually
thinking
about
a
task,
than
it
actually
takes
to
do
it.
A
way
of
calming
your
mind
and
becoming
more
present
in
your
daily
activities
is
to
practice
meditation.
