  year	
  we	
  make	
  those	
  New	
  Years	
  resolutions-­‐	
  Loose	
  weight-­‐	
  Be	
  more	
  
prosperous	
  –	
  Find	
  a	
  partner	
  –	
  Join	
  the	
  gym.	
  But	
  by	
  February	
  they	
  have	
  often	
  gone	
  by	
  
the	
  by,	
  and	
  we	
  are	
  back	
  to	
  our	
  old	
  ways.	
  Why?	
  
	
  
Our	
  thoughts	
  are	
  ‘energy’.	
  	
  These	
  thoughts	
  such	
  as	
  “I’m	
  too	
  fat’	
  ‘I	
  need	
  to	
  stop	
  
smoking’	
  ‘	
  I	
  need	
  more	
  happiness’	
  and	
  our	
  stress	
  energy	
  literary	
  sits	
  in	
  our	
  system,	
  
around	
  us,	
  in	
  our	
  ‘aura’	
  or	
  ‘bioplasmic	
  energy	
  field’.	
  In	
  order	
  for	
  us	
  to	
  keep	
  these	
  
resolutions	
  we	
  need	
  to	
  remove	
  the	
  thought,	
  the	
  ‘seed’.	
  	
  
	
  
We	
  have	
  between	
  20,000	
  and	
  70,000	
  thoughts	
  a	
  day.	
  	
  Times	
  that	
  by	
  365	
  days	
  of	
  the	
  
year,	
  and	
  then	
  by	
  your	
  age	
  –	
  that’s	
  a	
  lot	
  of	
  thoughts-­‐	
  and	
  also	
  very	
  tiring.	
  
You	
  spend	
  more	
  time	
  actually	
  thinking	
  about	
  a	
  task,	
  than	
  it	
  actually	
  takes	
  to	
  do	
  it.	
  
	
  
A	
  way	
  of	
  calming	
  your	
  mind	
  and	
  becoming	
  more	
  present	
  in	
  your	
  daily	
  activities	
  is	
  to	
  
practice	
  meditation.
