– Fire Service
• Fire Flow – Served by Wellborn Special Utility District which does not have
capacity fire flow
– Discussion that City can provide in event of fire flow event
• Not within the Fire Department desired 4.5 minute response time
– Limited connectivity and capacity for current and future
planned thoroughfare connectivity
