To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is my personal recommendation for Colleen Esper Negron. I have worked
with Colleen since October 2008, and found her to be a consistent, hardworking
individual who approaches her tasks with zeal and pride. Her work ethic is impeccable,
and she manages her time well with both day-to-day assignments, as well as longer
term projects.
Besides being a joy to work with, Colleen is a take-charge person who is able to present
creative ideas while also communicating professionally. She has successfully
implemented several marketing plans for our company that resulted in increased
revenue.
Though she is an asset to our marketing efforts, Colleen is also extraordinarily helpful in
other areas of the company. In addition to writing effective training modules for sales
representatives, Colleen assumed a leadership role in new hire sales training, process
and procedures creation, and community fundraising efforts among employees.
I highly recommend Colleen for employment as she is a team player and would make a
great asset to any organization.
