Relationship Building:
1. Leadership on any of our trips is very important, creating confidence in
our students helps to build this leadership.
2. Confidence can come from being able to rappel and how we treat the
students leading up to canyoneering season. Slowing everything down
and creating competency will benefit during canyon season, to some
students these skills come naturally, others do not.
3. Set small goals with students who are struggling so they can have
something to accomplish, and work towards.
