  2. IDENTITY Hello, I’m Conner! I am a 26-year-old Dallas, Texas resident with an outrageous passion for anything music related. I plan on bringing a new creative mind to the industry with my caregiving and entertainer personality. I fit the perfect description for the next new A&R scout to represent the reggae community and I am focused on discovering new talent to bring home to the reggae genre family. I truly believe music cures the soul and can be an escape for people whether it is playing an instrument or listening to your favorite tunes.

PROFESSION Potential Job Titles: • Agents and Business Managers for Artists, Performers and Athletes • Advertising and Promotions Manager • Talent Director BRAND ARCHETYPE – Being a caregiver displays the compassion I have for people and makes it easier for me to relate to others and future clients. I will always be committed to my future clients and check in daily to make sure they are happy and reaching their goals. We are a team. However, also being an entertainer, means you are guaranteed for a good time and to be charmed by my lovely personality. G O A L S  Short Term: (2023)  Internship at Universal Music Group or Sony Music  I will acquire an A&R representative entry level position scouting out a variety of talent in the major music companies such as UMG or Sony Music by inquiring experience through internships associated around the music industry.  Mid Term: (2028)  A&R Head Manager at Universal Music Group by applying the knowledge I have learned throughout my entry level years as an A&R representative towards becoming head manager of the A&R department.  I will become the next influential A&R manager at UMG to develop a breakthrough in the Reggae Genre.  Long Term: (2040)  I will be the Head Director of the A&R / Talent Scouting department at UMG by developing new strategies when it comes to re-inventing the Reggae Genre. By this time Reggae will be one of the top 3 genre’s most played throughout the United States.

  11. Conner There is a lack of artists in the reggae community compared to the other various genres. I am here to make a life changing decisions that will impact the music industry in the best way possible. When most people think of reggae, their minds typically resort back to the legend Bob Marley. However, there is so much more to the reggae genre in this generation, especially when it can be combined with other genres such as pop or rock. I plan on bringing this community back to life by scouting out the best talent to properly be a voice for the reggae community.
