GROUP OVERVIEW
FUND OVERVIEW
The Fund’s investment objective is to maximize
long-term, risk-adjusted returns relative to the S&P
500 benchmark through the creation and
management of a diversified portfolio. The group
employs a top-down fundamental research process
designed to repeatedly identify and investigate a
specific thesis related to the global macroeconomic
environment and look for the best risk/reward
within individual sectors and industries to reflect
such thesis in the portfolio. This top-down
approach is combined with an in-depth, bottom-up
analysis of individual companies to uncover
undervalued investments and identify the metrics
that will drive price realization. The Group’s risk
management process is designed to enable the fund
to weather periods of volatility until research is
proven right or wrong, causing alpha, rather than
beta, to be the primary driver of performance.
