1. I began working for the IELP (Intercultural
English Language Program) in September
2021. Since then, I have designed more than
twenty courses through Ohio State’s learning
managment system, Scarlet Canvas. Using this
employee specific software, I collaborated with
professors and lecturers to ensure that courses
were easily accesible and functional in their
design.
A majority of the course-
work is designed for the
TraVerse English Language
Training Program which is
primarily used by a Japanese
multinational manufacturer
of automobiles, motorcycles,
and power equipment.
IELP is also partnered with various
international universities including
Korea Advanced Insitutue of
Science and Technology (KAIST),
Zhejiang Normal University (ZJNU),
The Buckeye Language Education
Resource Center works directly with
Fulbright Programs sponsored by the
United States Department of State’s
Bureau of Educational and Cultural
Affairs. They also work with Diversity
and Inclusion in the Classroom Seminar
