MAINTENANCE
I regularly dealwith the first line maintenance of the restaurants machines and appliances. This allows me to apply practical skills when
troubleshooting and in many cases prevents the need for unnecessary engineer call outs.

Some of my duties & responsibilities are as follows:
- Ensuring the business is financially stable by managing controllable aspects such as labor, planned maintenance,stock, yields &
utilities using projections and other sources to meet our targets and goals.
- Training and developing staff throughout the restaurant to ensure company policies & procedures are understood and followed.
We also train our staff to better themselves and become experts in their role allowing them to advance their careers.
- Hospitality ambassadors for all customers to deliver the ultimate experience every time.
- All aspects of cash management from accepting change deliveries & cash collection to cashing up tills, depositing takings and
controlling the day safe.
- Inventory management from the ordering of stock to inventory counts, yield control & waste monitoring.
- Daily input of information on our database for future reference and performance management.
- Staff management such as motivating, leading, people placement, delegation and where necessary disciplinary actions.
- Troubleshooting & managing PDM tasks on all equipment within the store.
Accomplishments & Other Skills
- In 2012 I was selected to be part of the McDonalds Olympic team.We were shortlisted to the top 3% performers from around
85,000 UK employees. Due to our many sales records I was awarded with a certificate for operational excellence.
- 2 Employee of the Month awards and a further Manager of the month last year.
- 5 Year clean driving license.
- First Aider.
- Key skills certificate in team working.
- Fully flexible.
- Personal License holder with BIIB course for alcohol sales &currently a DPS for Five Guys.
