Some of my duties & responsibilities are as follows:
- Ensuring the business is financially stable by managing controllable aspects such as labor, planned maintenance,stock, yields &
utilities using projections and other sources to meet our targets and goals.
- Training and developing staff throughout the restaurant to ensure company policies & procedures are understood and followed.
We also train our staff to better themselves and become experts in their role allowing them to advance their careers.

- All aspects of cash management from accepting change deliveries & cash collection to cashing up tills, depositing takings and

- Staff management such as motivating, leading, people placement, delegation and where necessary disciplinary actions.
- Troubleshooting & managing PDM tasks on all equipment within the store.
