Currently, there are 11 locations within 5 operating states and employs approximately 1,000 associates. My responsibilities include implementing and managing the recruiting functions for General RV Center and its subsidiaries (Salem Distributors and Nancy Baidas Agency). I provide talent solutions for professional, clerical, and technical positions. The goal is to source, recruit, and retain top talent.
