Professional Charges& Terms:
Our Normal Professional Charges: *
Staffs/ Trainees : 8.33 % of the Annual Gross CTC **
Junior Management : 10 % ,,
Middle Management : 12.5 % ,,
Senior Management : 16.67 % ,,
* Subject to acceptance and confirmation by the client Organization.
** Annual Gross CTC could‐
‐ include all remuneration including all allowances and benefits whether paid
Daily/monthly/annually or any other periodic basis, both in cash and kind;
‐ exclude Performance pay/Incentives/Stock options.
Payment: The client organization will provide a copy of the Terms & Conditions of Employment
for our invoicing immediately on the candidate’s joining. Payment will be made to us by Demand
draft / Local Cheque on receipt of our Invoice after the candidate has joined the client’s
Organization. The Service Tax as per the law, for the time being in force from time to time will be
extra (Now it is 10.3% of the Invoice Value). TDS Certificate is to be issued by the Client, if TDS is
applicable and deducted. No TDS is deductible on the service tax amount.

Replacement Warranty: We will provide free replacement of the same profile, should the
Candidate leave the client’s organization on his/her own within 3 months of joining. The Client
should inform us immediately, incase the candidate leaves within 3 months.
Pre‐requisite for Successful placements
Timely feed back at all stages of the selection process by the client’s HR Department – sending
requisitions, receipt of CVs, shortlist/Rejects, attendance at interview, Offer/Appointment and
joining of the candidate(s)‐will enable us to fulfill our commitment to provide extraordinary
service. While we are committed to provide quality, speed and delivery of best profiles, it is clearly
understood that it is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Client Organization for the final
selection and appointment of the candidate(s).
Acceptance of the Terms: The client Organization may please return the terms & conditions duly
accepted by email, Courier or by post. The Names, Addresses & Tel/Mobile Nos, Email ID of the
persons to be contacted in the client Organization during the recruitment process may also be
specified for smooth and efficient communication.
