Cory was a very hardworker work, who dedicated his time to honing his craft and learning
from his mentors and the leadership team. He was extremely attentive throughout the course
of his initial training and actively participated. Cory continually shows up to all mandatory
meetings and makes it a point to remain productive throughout the course of every work day.
Please evaluate the intern's communication skills (i.e. was the intern able to communicate
with co-workers, clients, etc.?).
From the beginning of the recruitment process, Cory always remained in communication with
us. Throughout the summer, we have watched him grow and become more confident in a
professional setting. Cory has no problem communincating with his fellow interns, members
of our leadership team, or with clients.

Cory has been an absolute pleasure to work with and develop. From day one in training, he
demonstrated a desire to learn and to develop. He makes a point to be actively engaged and

Cory has noted that he would like to continue his internship program throughout the course
of the school year and is looking to hit one of our benchmarks for interns, Power of 10, by our
Eastern Regional Meeting which will take place in the beginning of January. We are excited to
see Cory continue with the program!
