addressing issues with scheduling and delivery changes to meet customer’s needs. I have experience
both in sales and in supervising of frontline workers. While able to excel when asked to take on
leadership role to complete resets leading a team of frontline employees and competitor vendors to
make sure our customer’s resets are scheduled and completed as agreed. I am able to communicate
with my team to drive productivity, accomplish daily task and increase sales along with promoting
teamwork. Over all understanding of warehouse inventory process and forecasting product and

 Delivery of product to customers preventing weekend shortage issues
 Addressing inventory issues for events to reduce out of stocks and meet customers’ needs
LEADERSHIP RESPONIBLITIES
 Supervise competitor vendors alongside frontline team on resets
 Design plan-o-grams that is both compliant with the CDA and customer request
 Communicate with SDL and PSR about accounts that have been reset to prevent out of stocks
and addressing addition customer’s concerns
 Coordinating and directing the additional support needed at large special events to meet
customer expectations and needs
