AREA OF EXPERTISE
Craig Marks joined Colliers International |
Northeast Florida, in 2014. Craig facilitates
and coordinates the numerous activities
involved in marketing industrial properties.
He is responsible for creating, scheduling and
coordinating the marketing materials which
includes researching, writing and editing
all content within the property email blast,
flyer and offering memorandum as well as
managing the online document center for each
listing. He is also responsible for managing
reports, assisting with due diligence both
on-site & off as well as maintaining the team
database.
Mr. Marks holds an active Florida real estate
license, allowing him to discuss marketing
information with clients.
BUSINESS & EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Craig has worked toward the well-being of
others most of his life. Mr. Marks spent most
of his youth in the Boy Scouts of America. He
obtained the highest rank of Eagle Scout. He
also earned the Meritorious Medal for selfless
service in participating in rescue operations
during Hurricane Fran.
After high school graduation, Craig joined the
United States Army with a Top Secret
clearance as an Electronic Warfare Voice
Interceptor (linguist). He graduated from
Airborne school to parachute from planes and
helicopters. He is a veteran of Operation
Enduring Freedom serving in Iraq in 2004.
After serving his country, he’s worked in the
Manufacturing, Logistics and Distribution
fields and now using that experience at
Colliers with the Jacksonville Industrial Team.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Craig Marks is still involved with the Boy
Scouts of America as a committee member
and adult leader watching his son work his
way toward Eagle Scout. His time in Scouts
involves community fundraisers, mentoring
boys into great men and preparing young
people to make ethical and moral choices over
their lifetimes by instilling in them the values
of the Scout Oath and Scout Law.
He also supports the principles of the YMCA
of love, respect, honesty, responsibility and
service, putting them into practice through
programs that build a healthy spirit, mind
and body for all by serving on the Advisory
Board of the Bank of America branch. His
contributions help provide programs to youth
and adults throughout the community.
