INTRODUCTION

The city problems arise due to the social aspects of the city such as alcoholism, drug
addiction, as well as environmental pollution problems between these we are
dumping rubbish on the streets and the pollution produced by cars, as well as the
field of adolescent smoking these factors are detrimental to the city.
Among the above issues I could see clearly the abuse of alcohol by citizens that
there is an awareness to stop taking, causing the city to have a bad image, as well
as uncontrolled use of snuff consumption are toxic to the body and health.
Moreover, the sale of drugs in the schools at caused a problem in youth due to
making use of these drugs addicts and harming health in addition to littering the
streets is a bad area for the city because it gives a bad image of the city, there are
people who leave off the streets garbage bags, making stray dogs spreading break
covers garbage in the streets.
Another factor in the city's cars generate toxic gases that damage the ozone layer,
and people passing them off as being primarily large trucks buses, dump trucks,
trailers main generators of toxic gases.

CONCLUCION

We must take these aspects awareness to prevent the city does not progress as well
as citizens realize that taking toxic substances harmful to health as well as to the
environment in the generation of toxic gases in automobiles.

Internet is a large network that
allows communicate with different
people in different parts of the
world, as well as access to a large
amount of information used in
different ways, making our activities
with less time and speed.
The internet allows us to read
books online from anywhere in the
world, allowing access to variety of
books. For example, we need to
investigate books for college
It also allows us to buy different products that are not in the country where we live
and facilitates the sale and purchase of products. For example, as free market
pages, Amazon and eBay.
However it also has bad information that can affect children, by their misuse. For
example enter pages violent terrorism and pornography.
Besides information theft is dangerous on the internet, due to poor security of our
computer. For example, hackers who are in the network.
In conclusion we must be very careful where you access when making a search, as
well as having a proper protection of our computer.

Writing
Portfolio: what would life be like without art? Spend three minutes writing on
this topic.

What would life be like without art?

A world without art would be totally sad and bitter, art is a means by which an
individual expresses feelings, thoughts and ideas, we see reflected in paintings,
sculpture, song lyrics, film and books.
Without art we would not have this wonderful essence to think, feel, enjoy, to
interpret, to believe, to grow up to fight and understand the heart and mind what
8
comes easily afloat, being mysterious and magical that allows quack, watch and
enjoy this beautiful half as intense and deep that we use to express ourselves,
whether singing, dancing, playing any musical instrument, drawing, sculpting all
kinds of statues, large or small, or building beautiful buildings, bridges, etc. . Also
our own land in all its glory gives us his beautiful nature, where we see any trace of
beauty. Thus allowing our "gift” comes by way of adventure to give splashes of color
and to give free rein to our imagination , as each human being is fortunate to have
some talent , and your imagination is wide , more than you can imagine ...! ! ! Both
life and art go hand in hand, without both serious as having no breath cannot breathe.
Living in a dark world.

The Wealth of the Rainforests
•

The Amazon Rainforest covers over a billion acres, encompassing areas in
Brazil, Venezuela, Colombia and the Eastern Andean region of Ecuador and
Peru. If Amazonia were a country, it would be the ninth largest in the world.

15
•

The Amazon Rainforest has been described as the "Lungs of our Planet"
because it provides the essential environmental world service of
continuously recycling carbon dioxide into oxygen. More than 20 percent of
the world oxygen is produced in the Amazon Rainforest

•

More than half of the world's estimated 10 million species of plants, animals
and insects live in the tropical rainforests. One-fifth of the world's fresh water
is in the Amazon Basic.

•

At least 3000 fruits are found in the rainforests; of these only 200 are now in
use in the Western World. The Indians of the rainforest use over 2,000.

•

The U.S. National Cancer Institute has identified 3000 plants that are active
against cancer cells. 70% of these plants are found in the rainforest.
16
Twenty-five percent of the active ingredients in today's cancer-fighting drugs
come from organisms found only in the rainforest.

of many victims and his grave can be seen in Eyam churchyard.

MOMPESSON'S WELL
•

In some cities and towns of England there is still the old market crosses with
a depression at the foot of the stone cross. This was filled with vinegar in
times of plague as it was believed that vinegar would kill germs on coins and
so contain the disease

•

The Plague in London lasted until late fall, when cooler weather helped kill
fleas.

•

Bubonic plague has broken out in Europe and the Far East. In 1900 there
were outbreaks of plague in places as far away as Portugal and Australia.

18

To solve the problem of deforestation ecological parks should be created where
people can see how living things interact in the ecosystem.
Also promote alternatives to replace the use of wood.
Also for each tree cut plant 5 to increase the likelihood that these reach adulthood.
Do not introduce non-native tree species because the environmental consequences
can be disastrous as in the case of eucalyptus, and other non-native species.
Do not discard the glass and let it act as a magnifying glass and the sun contact with
guns
As also raise awareness in indigenous communities and among the general public
of the importance of forests for the ecosystem is sustainable, renewable only
education can overcome deforestation

24
Write an essay on solutions to deforestation

Deforestation is the cutting down of trees indiscriminately affecting nature, as well
as burning trees for wood industries, affecting biodiversity and the planet in general.
However, this deforestation has brought serious problems to the planet by cutting
down trees and something must be done.
First, the situation would improve if achieved could replace the use of wood by other
alternative products, thus preventing more trees are felled.
Another solution would be to not leave garbage or waste glass, because when they
are heated by the sun could burn thousands of acres of forests.
In this way, avoid trees lost indiscriminate buying wood replacement products and
avoid burning trees.
In conclusion, we do realize that the trees are part of nature, and that without it the
world would end, as well as the species that inhabit them.

25
Write an essay on solutions to homelessness

The homeless are people living on the streets, in abandoned buildings or ruins, while
others took refuge in homeless shelters or staying at friends' houses. When
someone lists homeless person, this means that is in a state to do something he can
help them find shelter for them to live and do some activities such as selling some
products.
Which leads to this situation is, rather, a series of failures that plunge the individual
and take away the will to live. It seems that the most vulnerable are those who for
various reasons, feel unable to cope with their problems or their extreme poverty.
The main reason for the lack of a home, it is still unfortunate in Ecuador and the
world, by the lack of support from governments that do not provide sufficient
resources to realize the right of everyone to have a decent house protected by God.

Writing Practice

Today’s adolescents are by different problems, either by changes that occur in this
age, to move from a child to an adult, rebellious attitudes also presented in some
youth, adolescence is the more complicated, and cause the most problems, because
most are interested in fun, and not worry so much about the studies, which is why
they fall into trouble that eventually repent, and greatly affect their lives.

Among the main problems that the teenager is drinking , the teenager is bad
influenced by bad friends that lead to future damage , as well as drug use is currently
witnessed because the teenager is lonely having problems with your partner or
friends hurting your health.
Unwanted pregnancies is another factor because the teenager is not adequately
protected or lack of information on the use of contraceptives, also the abuse of
adolescents by parents causes psychological problems , the problem of misuse of
the Internet causes addiction in adolescents making institutions to ignore in their
studies.
Another problem are groups or sects that engage in harm to people who belong to
the group forcing them to do things they do not want to do, emotional disorders and
depression are factors that make the teenager was depressed and committed
suicide, addiction to snuff is another factor that causes addiction in adolescents
causing his health deteriorates and generate cancer.

Conclusion
Mainly to not make these problems in adolescence should be taken into account
which is what we want to achieve in the future taking the right path, not be swayed
27
by bad friends that all they do is prevent our future to the goal that we set, also avoid
eating toxic substances that what they do is to harm our health, as well as a good
family understanding, avoiding these bad factors achieve meet our goal.
