My first company, Brand Academy, is ten. My second, Preda Publishing, is two. Young for some, old for some others. Definitely mature for me, who I’ve done a lot of growing alongside this company. There are books on entrepreneurship, and I read countless of them. But as the saying goes, nobody has never learnt anything from a book. Books create awareness. But it's the actual doing that generates the learning.
As someone who had spent the first decade of her adult life toiling in the world of corporate marketing, it was utterly liberating (and frightening) to discover a place where free idea is honoured. But free thinking obliges. It sets standards you cannot subsequently lower or ignore....
