SUBJECT: TSgt Crystal Millspaugh Recommendation Letter
1. This letter is my personal recommendation for TSgt Crystal Millspaugh. As TSgt
Millspaugh’s supervisor for several years, I have witnessed her become one of the most
productive and hardworking members of the 138 Fighter Wing Alert. Whether performing duties
as an F-16 Crew Chief, parts ordering, scheduling maintenance or any of the many additional
duties assigned; her job performance is superlative.
2. TSgt Millspaugh is a take-charge person who is able to present creative ideas and
communicate the benefits. During various NORAD inspections she was detailed as logistics
manager, she was an integral part in successfully coordinating the scheduling process and parts
ordering for the entire wing aircraft fleet. In addition, she developed a program for the
acquisition of firefighting and fire suppression equipment for the Alert safety program resulting
is savings of over $17,350.
3. I highly recommend TSgt Crystal Millspaugh for any position at your company. She is well
respected within her work center and the entire fighter wing for her technical skills and willingness
to take on all tasks. Her interpersonal skills, military bearing, integrity and professionalism make
her a top candidate and a great asset.
