- First let’s talk about what culture isn’t. Culture isn’t a dress code, beer on Fridays or biking to work. Those are perks. Perks are the output of a particular culture – one that focuses on being supportive, collaboration etc. Culture is the core of your company. If you’re going to manage something you need to understand it well, so mission simplify how think about culture
