• The latest model of Mercedes Benz S500L costs Rs. 1.8 crores
today - features stereoscopic camera controlled contour following
suspension, massaging seats, radar controlled collision avoidance
among other features but it will be replaced by newer technology
and model in 2 years.
• Windows XP was considered ‘cutting edge’ 14 years ago but has
been superseded by newer versions today.
• However, the human body has achieved the pinnacle of
development and all the tools necessary to take care of it are
already with us.
• Body will heal itself, if given the right stimulus or natural medicine.

 Females (55-60%) use it more often, because it takes more time
for preparation.
 Children less than 10 years of age tend to be less frequent users.
Age group of prime users is 30 – 60 years.
 Not enough research has been conducted, as compared to
conventional medicine. The reason for this is that research is

7. About Cleansing Therapy
Cleansing Therapy is an alternative healing and cleaning technique
propagated by Dr Piyush Saxena after years of research and
successful trials. It is based on the concept of cleaning up of toxins
from various parts of the body using completely natural and
commonplace products found in our kitchen or in the neighbourhood
shops. Cleansing Therapy does not claim to be a replacement for
modern allopathic treatments and surgery, which are perhaps
necessary in acute conditions and surgery.

Pollution in air, rapid urbanization, concrete buildings,
materialistic possessiveness (as opposed to living in natural
conditions without material possessions), unhealthy cooked
food habits, stress caused due to fear of loss, irregular sleep

20. As a Naturopath, I encourage self-medication. Decide about most
appropriate quantity and process for yourself. I recommend 50
gms (dried) corn-silk for a single cleanse for one person.
For best results, fill the vessel/pot (bhagona) with just enough
water to cover the cornsilk. In order to get concentrated tea allow
the mixture to cool and strain it. Boil the residue again with fresh
water and repeat this procedure two to three times until the last
boiled mixture begins to loose color. This indicates that the
ingredient has no more medicine left in it. Mix all the strained
medicinal water, discard the residue and let the strained mixture
stand for a few minutes, so that any sediment present will sink to
the bottom of the vessel. This medicinal water may be kept in a
fridge. It turns sour outside fridge. Use it for drinking for as many
as 1/2 days. Expect increased urination. This is elimination of
toxins from blood.

Green vegetable juices, also known as
detoxification drinks have a powerful
effect on the body's recuperative
powers because of their rich, easily
absorbed nutrients. Fresh juices
contain proteins, carbohydrates,
chlorophyll, mineral electrolytes and
healing aromatic oils. But most
importantly, fresh green juice therapy
makes available to every cell in our

30. Green vegetable juices
Process
Green drinks and vegetable juices are potent fuel in maintaining
good health, yet don't come burdened by the fats that
accompany animal products. Those included here have been
used with therapeutic success for many years. You can have
confidence in their nutritional healing and regenerative ability.
Any vegetable, combined with ginger, garlic, carrots etc. Can be
used the quantity one may decide for oneself. However it is
never more. Organically grown vegetables are preferred.
Alternatively they may be soaked overnight in potassium
permanganate solution. Then wash them. Cut them to small
pieces. Grind them with water in mixer. Strain through thick
strainer and drink fresh, since it spoils fast. Do not use beyond
one to one and a half day even stored in a fridge. The residual
green paste can be used to fill in chapatti flour.

• Get 4 sachets of Epsom salt (MgSO4.7H2O) 20gm each, 250 ml. of extra
virgin olive oil, 250 ml. of orange, sweet lime (Mosambi) or similar juice.
• 2 pm – No food afterwards. Dissolve 4 sachets of Epsom salt in
approximately 800 ml water.
• 6 pm – Drink 1st dose of Epsom salt (about 200 ml.).
• 8 pm – Drink 2nd dose of Epsom salt.
• 10 pm – Drink a mixture of 175 ml. extra virgin olive oil, combined with
about 175 ml. of orange, Sweet lime (Mosambi) or similar juice.
• 6 am next day – Drink 3rd dose of Epsom salt.
• 8 am – Drink mixture of 75 ml. extra virgin olive oil, combined with juice.

47. Obesity is a medical condition in which excess body fat has
accumulated to the extent that it may have a negative effect on health,

People are considered obese when their body mass index(BMI), a
measurement obtained by dividing a person's weight by the square of
the person's height, exceeds 30 kg/m2 .
Today, obesity is extremely common among all civilized races, because
a disposition to the disorder can be inherited.
Regular meals means eating more than the body requires. Easily
digestible food floods the body with nourishment that is not necessary
at the moment. This surplus has to be stored and causes obesity.

48. Structural fat :-
It fills the gaps between various organs, protects organs and keeps the
skin smooth.
Reserve fat :-
Normal reserve of fuel upon which the body can freely draw when the
nutritional income from the intestinal tract is insufficient to meet the
demand.
Both these types of fat, structural and reserve are normal and even if the
body stocks them to capacity, this can never be called obesity.
Abnormal fat :-
There is a third type of fat which is entirely abnormal. When reserve fat
is not utilised for a few days e.g. a week, then it is converted into
abnormal fat. It is the accumulation of such fat causes the suffering of
overweight patients.
Types of FAT

49. When the obese try to reduce by starving, they first lose normal fat
deposits. When exhausted, their bodies burn up structural fat and
only as a last resort, its abnormal fat. By this time, they usually feel
so weak and hungry that the diet is abandoned. Obese patients often
complain that when they diet, they lose the wrong fat. They feel
famished and tired and their face becomes drawn and haggard but
their bellies, hips, thighs and upper arms show little improvement.
The fat they have come to detest stays on and the fat they need to
cover their bones gets less and less. Their skin wrinkles and they
look old and miserable

50.  In 1940, Dr Simeons of Italy observed that nature protects life. The
body of a starving mother will also protect the fetus.
 hCG (human Chorionic Gonadotropin) is a hormone that is found in the
female body only during pregnancy. This hormone converts abnormal
fat into energy whenever required.
 hCG hormone breaks down the abnormal fat in her body and releases
the energy for the development of the foetus. On a similar principle,
injecting this hormone in obese people burns abnormal fat, helping
them to lose weight.

51.  Patients given small daily doses of only 125 i.u.
of hCG per day can comfortably go about their
usual occupations on a diet of only 500 calories
daily and lose an average of about 200 gms per
day because balance requirement of 1500
calories is converted from abnormal fat due to
hCG.
 Obese patients under treatment with hCG do not
feel hungry and feel fully satisfied with three
meals of 100, 200 and 200 calories each.

52.  People require 26 (23+3) days treatment with 23 daily injections.
 The hCG method of losing weight stops itself as soon as all abnormal
fat is consumed. The maximum dosage given in a single course is 40
injections. The treatment is stopped after administration of maximum 40
injections. Once normal weight is reached, these patients are put on a
diet of 800-1000 calories for next phase of 2 weeks.
 The diet is arranged in such a way that the weight remains perfectly
stable and is continued for 3 days after the 23rd injection.

Breakfast Tea or coffee without sugar. Only one tablespoonful of milk allowed in
24 hours. Saccharin or sugar substitutes may be used. Fresh lime

Lunch 1. 100 grams of chicken breast or fresh white fish. All visible fat must
be carefully removed before cooking and the meat must be
weighed raw. It must be boiled or grilled without additional fat.
Vegetarians may substitute with 100 grams of paneer.
2. Choice of vegetables from the following: spinach, green salad,
tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers,
asparagus, cabbage, parval, lauki, torai, shelgam or any vegetable.
3. One chapati of bajra, nachni, moog sprouts preferably but not
wheat.
4. An apple or a handful of strawberries or one-half of an orange or
sweet-lime.
Dinner The same four choices as lunch.
