3. CREATIVE INTELLIGENCE APPROACH
• Today it is possible to facilitates original solutions to problems in an innovative way by
implementing creative intelligence approach.
• It can either provide high or low ability to project and overcome issues, but these capacities are
essential and can be learnt.
• It is considered to be a sociological approach wherein creativity evolves from group activity and it
does not usually go through psychological phase of development stages and individual prodigy.

• A large number of businessmen believe that “design thinking is a failed experiment.” It has many
pros and cons of design thinking, as people have already sufficiently explicated.
• Some also think that the term puts too much importance on thinking and not enough on action.
• It seems that it has lost the very thing it was supposed to deliver: CREATIVITY. Design thinking fails
to deliver ‘creativity’.

5. CREATIVITY CONCEPT
• Creativity is only achieved when worked in a group activity which proves that it’s not a single man
job.
• Creativity is an old concept, far older than design but it is comprehensive concept which works in
most of the cases.
• It can be seen that whenever the word ‘design thinking’ is used, it creates havoc and people try to
stay away from it.

• Now try replacing ‘design’ by ‘creativity’ and you will see good number of people leaning
forward towards you.
• Creativity is not something that can be accomplished only through group discussions Whereas
design thinking is like an open approach because it really depends on how people put it in use.
• Design thinking does not generate solutions creatively, it’s just the human focused method.
