Completed a total of 780 hours. which included a total of 471 patients whose ages ranged from 13 - >90.
Performed annual well person exams, episodic, routine follow-up, and follow up visits post hospitalizations.
Duties included diagnosing health conditions based on patients' symptoms and health histories, laboratory and
