Pada Mei 2022 terjadi inflasi sebesar 0,40 persen. Sementara itu
pada Mei 2021 terjadi inflasi sebesar 0,32
persen. Pada bulan ini hampir semua
kelompok mengalami inflasi. Kelompok
yang mengalami inflasi Kelompok
Makanan, Minuman dan Tembakau (0,78
persen), Kelompok Transportasi (0,65
persen), Kelompok Penyediaan Makanan
dan Minuman/ Restoran (0,54 persen),
Kelompok Perlengkapan, Peralatan dan
Pemeliharaan Rutin Rumah Tangga (0,43
persen), Kelompok Perawatan Pribadi dan
Jasa Lainnya (0,32 Persen), Kelompok
Rekreasi, Olahraga dan Budaya (0,30

Indeks Nilai Tukar Petani (NTP) sebagai perbandingan antara Indeks
Harga yang Diterima Petani dengan Indeks Harga yang Dibayar Petani. Mulai
Januari 2020, NTP menggunakan Tahun Dasar 2018=100. Pada Mei 2022,
dari 34 provinsi yang disurvei tercatat sebanyak 26 provinsi memiliki NTP di
atas angka 100, sedangkan 8 provinsi memiliki NTP di bawah angka 100. NTP
tertinggi tercatat di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat dengan nilai NTP sebesar 138,05
sedangkan NTP terendah berada di Provinsi Bali dengan NTP sebesar 93,85.
Pada Triwulan I tahun 2022 ada 23.507 proyek Penanaman Modal Dalam
Negeri (PMDN) yang telah direalisasikan dengan nilai investasi Rp 52,16 triliun.
Investasi PMDN tersebut sebagian besar terserap pada Sektor Transportasi,
Gudang, dan Telekomunikasi (16,39 persen) diikuti oleh Sektor Perumahan,
Kawasan Industri, dan Perkantoran serta Sektor Tanaman Pangan, Perkebunan

The Farmers’ Terms of Trade (FTT) index, is the comparison between
the index of Producer Prices Received by Farmers to the index of Consumer
Prices Paid by Farmers. Since January 2020, FTT index using base year
2018=100. In May 2022, among 34 provinces, 26 provinces have FTT index
beyond 100, while 8 provinces with the FTT index below 100. The highest FTT
Index recorded at Kalimantan Barat (138.05), meanwhile the lowest FTT Index
recorded at Bali (93.85).
In first quarter of 2022 there were 23,507 Domestic Investment Projects

11,63 persen. Sementara itu pada periode yang sama, proyek Penanaman Modal
Asing (PMA) yang direalisasikan berjumlah 8.061 proyek dengan nilai investasi
4,19 miliar US dolar. Jika dilihat secara sektoral, PMA tersebut didominasi oleh
Sektor Transportasi, Gudang, dan Telekomunikasi (17,63 persen), kemudian
diikuti oleh Sektor Industri Logam Dasar, Barang Logam, Bukan Mesin dan
Peralatannya serta Sektor Pertambangan masing-masing mempunyai kontribusi
sebesar 16,41 persen dan 11,45 persen.

Uang yang beredar pada bulan
Mei 2022 mencapai Rp 2.302,91 triliun
dengan komposisi 36 persen uang kartal
dan 64 persen uang giral. Jumlah tersebut
mengalami penurunan sebesar 1,04
persen dibanding jumlah uang beredar
pada bulan sebelumnya. Uang kartal
mengalami penurunan sebesar 8,50
persen dan uang giral naik sebesar 3,62
persen. Sementara jika dibandingkan
Mei 2021, jumlah uang yang beredar
mengalami kenaikan sebesar 23,69
persen, kenaikan sebesar 10,30 persen
pada uang kartal dan kenaikan sebesar
32,60 persen pada uang giral.
Indeks Produksi Triwulanan
Industri Besar dan Sedang pada Triwulan
IV 2021 diperkirakan naik 1,54 persen
dari indeks triwulan sebelumnya menjadi 147,41. Jika dibanding Indeks produksi
pada Triwulan IV 2020, indeks tersebut naik 6,25 persen. Hal ini disebabkan oleh
meningkatnya kinerja sebagian besar subsektor, terutama Industri Mesin dan
Perlengkapannya (42,67 persen), Industri Alat Angkutan Lainnya (34,14 persen),
Industri Kendaraan bermotor, Trailer dan Semi Trailer (33,52 persen). Di samping
itu ada beberapa subsektor yang mengalami penurunan kinerja, terutama Jasa
Reparasi dan Pemasangan Mesin dan Peralatan (41,95 persen), Industri Karet,
Barang dari Karet dan Plastik (5,54 persen), dan Industri Komputer, Barang
Elektronik dan Optik (4,88 persen).

demand deposits outside banks increased

The Quarterly Production Index of Large
and Medium Manufacturing Industry on
Fourth Quarter 2021 was estimated to
have increased by 1.54 percent from the previous quarter to 147.41. Meanwhile,
this index increased by 6.25 percent compared to the quarterly production index
on Fourth Quarter 2020. This was caused by the increased in the efficiency of
some subsectors, especially Manufacture of machinery and equipment n.e.c
(42.67 percent), Manufacture of Other Transport Equipment (34,14 percent),
and Manufacture of motor vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers (33.52 percent). In
addition, several sub-sectors experienced a decline in performance, Repair and
installation of machinery and equipment (41.95 percent), Manufacture of rubber
and Plastic Products (5.54 percent), and Manufacture of Computers Electronic
and Optical Products (4.88 percent).

Ekspor termasuk migas dan tanpa migas Mei 2022 masing-masing bernilai
21,51 miliar US dolar dan 20,01 miliar US dolar, sedangkan impor masing-masing
bernilai 18,61 miliar US dolar dan 15,26
miliar US dolar (Grafik 3). Dengan demikian
neraca perdagangan luar negeri Mei 2022
termasuk migas mengalami surplus 2,90
miliar US dolar, dan tanpa migas mengalami
surplus 4,76 miliar US dolar. Dibanding nilai
ekspor Mei 2021, nilai ekspor dengan migas
naik 47,76 persen. Sedangkan ekspor
tanpa migas mengalami kenaikan sekitar
47,70 persen. Berdasarkan negara tujuan,
negara utama tujuan ekspor non migas
pada Mei 2022 adalah Tiongkok (4,59 miliar
US dolar), USA (2,05 miliar US dolar), dan
Jepang (1,63 miliar US dolar). Sementara itu
nilai impor termasuk migas pada Mei 2022
naik sekitar 18,61 persen dan impor tanpa
migas naik sekitar 15,26 persen dibanding
Mei 2021. Impor Mei 2022 masih didominasi
oleh impor bahan baku senilai 14,66 miliar
US dolar yang naik sekitar 33,94 persen
dibanding impor barang yang sama pada
Mei 2021 senilai 10,94 miliar US dolar.
Wisatawan mancanegara (wisman)
yang datang melalui 20 pintu masuk utama
pada Mei 2022 berjumlah 209391 orang.
Jumlah ini mengalami kenaikan dari wisman
yang masuk pada bulan sebelumnya yang
berjumlah 110193 orang (Grafik 4). Kenaikan
jumlah wisman terjadi di 13 pintu masuk
utama. Sementara itu, jika dibandingkan dengan seluruh jumlah wisman yang masuk
pada Mei 2022 dibanding April 2022 terjadi kenaikan sekitar 91,19 persen.
Export in May 2022, including and excluding petroleum and gas
was recorded 21.51 billion US dollars and 20.01 billion US dollars respectively,
while the respective import figures were 18.61
billion US dollars and 15.26 billion US dollars.
Therefore, the Balance of trade for May 2022
including petroleum and gas experienced
a surplus 2.90 billion US dollars, where as
the value without petroleum and gas was
surplus of 4.76 billion US dollars. Compared
with the value of exports in May 2021, the
value of these exports with petroleum and
gas increased by 47.76 percent. And exports
without petroleum and gas increased by
47.70 percent. The main countries of export
without petroleum and gas destination in May
2022 were China (4.59 billion US dollars),
U.S.A (2.05 billion US dollars), and Japan
(1.63 billion US dollars). Meanwhile, the
value of imports including petroleum and gas
in May 2022 increased 18.61 percent, and
without petroleum and gas it increased 15.26
percent compared with the value import in
May 2021. Imports in May 2022 were still
dominated by raw materials at 14.66 billion
US dollars, which increased by 33.94 percent
compared with the import of the same goods
in May 2021, which was 10.94 billion US
dollars.
International tourists arrived via entry
ports in May 2022 were 209391 people. This
total increased from the total entering during
the previous month, which was 110193
people. The increase in international tourists
who entered in that month compared with
the previous month occurred at 13 main ports
of entry. While, compared with the total entering international tourists in May 2022
compare to April 2022, there was a increase of around 91.19 percent.

The Room Occupancy Rate (ROR) of star-classified hotels in all
provinces in May 2022 increased in 32 provinces compared by the previous
month. The ROR in that month ranged between 31.54-67.65 percent, the
highest ROR was in DI Yogyakarta. In the same month, the average length of
stay by foreign guests in star-classified hotels ranged between 1.00-8.46 days
with the longest length of stay in Sulawesi Tengah.
Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in first quarter of 2021, at 2010 constant
market prices, reached Rp 2,818.58 trillion. The GDP increased around 5.01
percent compared to GDP at 2010 constant market prices at the same quarter
in 2021 (y to y), and by q to q decrease around 0.96 percent. By q to q sector
with highest growth during the first quarter 2022 was Agriculture, Livestock,
Forestry and Fishery (9.09 percent) and second highest growth was Financial
Services and Insurance (4.17 percent). Meanwhile, at current market prices,
the GDP in first quarter 2022 reached Rp 4,513.05 trillion with Manufacturing
Industry Sector being the main contributor (19.19 percent) followed by and
Wholesale and Retail Trade Cars and Motorcycle Reparation (13.09 percent)
and Agriculture, Forestry and Fishery Sectors (12.55 percent). In terms of
expenditure, GDP at first quarter 2022 was mainly dominated by Household
Consumption Expenditure accounting for a proportion of 53.65 percent, while for
Gross Domestic Fixed Capital Formation Expenditure and Export of Goods and
Services Expenditure were around 30.44 percent and 23.10 percent. However,
compared to conditions at the same quarter in 2021, at 2010 constant market
prices, Household Consumption Expenditure increased 4.34 percent and Gross
Domestic Fixed Capital Formation Expenditure increased by 4.09 percent, and
Export of Goods and Services Expenditure increased by 16.22 percent.
Tingkat Penghunian Kamar (TPK) pada hotel berbintang di seluruh
provinsi pada Mei 2022 naik di 32 provinsi dibandingkan bulan sebelumnya. TPK
pada bulan tersebut berkisar antara 31,54-67,65 persen dengan TPK tertinggi
tercatat di DI Yogyakarta. Dalam bulan yang sama, rata-rata lama menginap
tamu asing pada hotel berbintang berkisar antara 1,00-8,46 hari dengan lama
menginap tertinggi di Sulawesi Tengah.
Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) triwulan I-2022 atas dasar harga konstan
2010 mencapai Rp 2.818,58 triliun. PDB tersebut naik 5,01 persen dibanding PDB
atas dasar harga konstan 2010 pada triwulan yang sama tahun 2021 (y to y), dan
secara q to q turun 0,96 persen. Secara q to q sektor Pertanian, Kehutanan dan
Perikanan merupakan Sektor dengan pertumbuhan tertinggi pada triwulan I-2022,
yaitu sebesar 9,09 persen, yang kedua adalah Sektor Jasa Keuangan danAsuransi
sebesar 4,17 persen. Sementara itu, PDB atas dasar harga berlaku triwulan
I-2022 mencapai Rp. 4.513,05 triliun dengan sektor Industri Pengolahan sebagai
penyumbang PDB terbesar (19,19 persen), yang diikuti oleh Sektor Perdagangan
Besar dan Eceran; Reparasi Mobil dan Sepeda Motor (13,09 persen) dan
Sektor Pertanian, kehutanan dan Perikanan (12,55 persen). Dari sisi pengeluaran,
PDB triwulan I-2022 tersebut utamanya masih didominasi oleh konsumsi rumah
tangga dengan proporsi 53,65 persen, sedangkan untuk pembentukan modal
tetap bruto dan ekspor barang dan jasa masing-masing sekitar 30,44 persen dan
23,10 persen. Bila dibandingkan dengan triwulan yang sama tahun 2021 atas
dasar harga konstan 2010, pengeluaran konsumsi rumah tangga naik 4,34 persen,
pembentukan modal tetap bruto naik 4,09 persen dan ekspor barang dan jasa naik
16,22 persen.

PENJELASAN TEKNIS
1. Mulai bulan Januari 2020 Indeks Harga Konsumen (IHK) mencakup sekitar 248-
473 komoditas dihitung berdasarkan pola konsumsi hasil Survei Biaya Hidup
(SBH) di 90 kota tahun 2018.
2. Sedangkan IHK dan laju inflasi sebelum bulan Januari 2020 masih mencakup
225-462 komoditas dengan menggunakan pola konsumsi hasil SBH di 82 ibukota
provinsi tahun 2012.
3. IHK gabungan 90 kota merupakan hasil penghitungan dari gabungan total nilai
konsumsi masing-masing komoditas di 90 kota.
4. Dalam penyajian IHK pada metode baru jenis barang/jasa tersebut dikelompokkan
menjadi 11 kelompok yaitu
- Makanan, Minuman, Tembakau - Informasi, Komunikasi, Jasa lainnya
- Pakaian dan alas kaki - Rekreasi, Olahraga, Budaya
- Perumahan, Air, Listrik, Bahan - Pendidikan
Bakar Rumah Tangga - Penyediaan Makan, Minum/Restoran
- Kesehatan - Perawatan Pribadi Jasa lainnya
- Perlengkapan, Peralatan, - Transportasi

TECHNICAL NOTES
1. Since January 2020, the calculation of the Consumer Price Index (CPI) has been
based on a consumption pattern obtained from the 2018 Cost of Living Survey
(CLS) in 90 cities, covering 248-473 commodities.
2. Before January 2020, the calculation of the CPI and inflation rate covered 225-
462 commodities, and was based on a consumption pattern obtained from the
2012 CLS in 82 provincial capital cities.
3. The CPI of Indonesia is a weighted composite index of the calculated CPI’s in 90
cities, using the total number of households in each city as the weighting factor.
4. In the new method of CPI, commodities divided into 7 groups as follows :
- Food, Beverages, Tobacco - Information, Communication,
- Chloting Footwear Financial Services
- Housing, Water, Electricity, - Recreation, Sport, Culture

7. Harga Gabah di tingkat Penggilingan adalah harga gabah di tingkat petani
ditambah dengan besarnya biaya ke penggilingan terdekat. Data harga gabah
dikumpulkan setiap bulan dan disajikan berdasarkan tiga kelompok kualitas yaitu:
a. Gabah Kering Panen (GKP) yaitu gabah yang mengandung kadar air
maksimum sebesar 25,0 persen dan hampa/kotoran maksimum 10,0 persen.
b. Gabah Kering Giling (GKG) yaitu gabah yang mengandung kadar air
maksimum sebesar 14,0 persen dan hampa/kotoran maksimum 3,0 persen.
c. Gabah Luar Kualitas yaitu gabah yang mengandung kadar air lebih dari 25,0
persen dan hampa/kotoran lebih dari 10,0 persen
8. Indeks Harga Produsen (IHP) dihitung berdasarkan survei harga produsen yang
dikumpulkan oleh BPS setiap bulan. Pemilihan responden dilakukan secara
purposive.
9. Penghitungan IHP menggunakan tahun dasar 2010 (2010=100) yang mencakup
sektor pertanian, pertambangan dan penggalian, industri pengolahan dan jasa-
jasa. IHP dihitung menggunakan Formula Laspeyres yang dikembangkan.
Pengelompokan dalam IHP didasarkan pada Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha
Indonesia (KBLI) dan Klasifikasi Baku Komoditi Indonesia (KBKI). IHP disajikan
triwulanan pada tingkat nasional dalam bentuk indeks umum, indeks sektor, dan
indeks subsektor.

10. Indeks harga yang diterima petani sumbernya adalah dari hasil survei harga
produsen/farmgate yang dilaksanakan setiap bulan dengan memakai daftar HP2.1
dan HP2.2.
11. Sejak Januari 2020, Indeks Harga yang diterima dan dibayar petani serta nilai
tukarnya menggunakan tahun dasar 2018, sedangkan sebelum Januari 2020,
menggunakan tahun dasar 2012.
12. Indeks harga yang diterima petani (IT) dan indeks yang dibayar petani (IB) dihitung
menggunakan formula Laspeyres yang dikembangkan.
13. Nilai tukar petani adalah merupakan ratio antara Indeks Harga yang diterima (IT)
dengan yang dibayar petani (IB) yang dinyatakan dalam persentase.
14. Indeks Harga Perdagangan Besar (IHPB) dihitung menggunakan formula
Laspeyres yang dikembangkan.
7. Paddy Price at Huller Level is paddy price at farmer level plus cost charges to the
nearest huller. Paddy prices are collected monthly and presented by three qualities
group of:
a. Dried Harvested Grain (GKP) is grain containing a maximum moisture content
of 25.0 percent and a maximum hollow/dirt content of 10.0 percent.
b. Dried Unhusked Grain (GKG) is grain containing a maximum moisture content
of 14.0 percent and a maximum hollow/dirt of 3.0 percent.
c. Other Quality is grain containing a moisture content of more than 25.0 percent
and hollow/dirt of more than 10.0 percent.
8. The Producer Price Index (PPIs) is calculated based on producer price survey
which is collected monthly by BPS. The respondents are selected purposively.
9. The calculation of PPIs used the year 2010 as the base year (2010=100) covering
agriculture, mining and quarrying, manufacturing, and services industry. The PPI
are calculated using a modified Laspeyres formula. The grouping in PPIs is based
on Indonesia Standard Industry Classification of all Economic Activities (ISIC)
and Central Product Classification (CPC). The PPI is presented quarterly on
national level in general index, sector index, and sub-sector index.

10. The indices of prices received by farmers are calculated from the producer/
farmgate price survey conducted every month using the HP2.1 and HP2.2 forms.
11. Since January 2020, 2018 has been used as the base year for calculating the
indices of prices received, the prices paid by farmers, and the farmers’ terms of
trade, prior to January 2020 using 2012 as base year.
12. A modified Laspeyres formula has been used to calculate the index of prices
received by farmers (IT) and the index of prices paid by farmers (IB).
13. The terms of trade for farmers is computed as the ratio of the index of prices
received by farmers (IT) and the index of prices paid by farmers (IB) multiplied by
100 %.
14. A modified Laaspeyres formula has been used to calculate the Wholesale Price
Index (WPI).

15. Mulai Januari 2020, BPS melakukan perubahan tahun dasar penghitungan Indeks
Harga Perdagangan Besar (IHPB) dari tahun dasar 2010 (2010=100) menjadi
tahun dasar 2018 (2018=100).
16. Penentuan paket komoditas IHPB (2018=100) berdasarkan Survei Penyusunan
Diagram Timbang (SPDT) IHPB. Dari survei tersebut didapatkan 687 komoditas,
termasuk didalamnya 312 komoditas baru.
17. Mengacu pada konsep standar internasional, cakupan IHPB (2018=100) meliputi
Sektor Pertanian, Sektor Pertambangan dan Penggalian, dan Sektor Industri.
18. Penghitungan IHPB Kelompok Bangunan/Konstruksi menyesuaikan perubahan
tahun dasar (2018=100) pada IHPB Nasional. IHPB Kelompok Bangunan/
Konstruksi didasarkan atas perubahan harga 37 kelompok barang tertentu.
19. HPB Perdagangan Internasional (ekspor-impor) disajikan dengan nama Indeks
Harga Perdagangan Internasional (IHPI). Penghitungan IHPI (2010=100)
berdasarkan pemantauan terhadap perkembangan harga komoditas dalam
kegiatan ekspor dan impor.
20. Kurs Valuta Asing dikumpulkan setiap hari Selasa dan Kamis dari tempat
penukaran mata uang terpilih.
21. Harga emas juga dikumpulkan setiap hari Selasa dan Kamis dari toko penjual
emas terpilih. Harga emas yang dicatat adalah harga emas perhiasan tanpa
ongkos pembuatan.
22. Perdagangan saham :
a. Saham yang diperdagangkan adalah saham yang terdaftar pada Badan
Pelaksana Pasar Modal (Bapepam) dan tercatat pada Bursa Efek Indonesia,
dikurangi dengan jumlah saham masing-masing perusahaan yang dijadikan
jaminan untuk menerbitkan sertifikat PT. Danareksa.
b. Volume perdagangan saham adalah jumlah transaksi saham yang terjadi
setiap hari bursa di Bursa Efek Indonesia.
c. Rata-rata perdagangan saham adalah jumlah saham di perdagangkan dibagi
dengan hari bursa (Senin s/d Jum’at kecuali hari libur).
15. Since January 2020, BPS-Statistics Indonesia has changed the base year in
calculating the Wholesale Price Index (WPI) from 2010 (2010 = 100) to 2018 (2018
= 100).
16. The commodities of WPI (2018=100) have been selecting based on the Weight
Diagram Preparation Survey, which produces 687 commodities including 312
new commodities
17. WPI (2018 = 100) coverage refers to the concept of international standards and
consists of the Agriculture Sector, Mining and Quarrying Sector, and the Industrial
Sector.
18. Calculation of WPI for Building/ Construction group is adjusted to changes in WPI
National’s base year (2018=100). WPI for Building/Construction group is based on
price changes of 37 groups of selected goods.
19. WPI International Trade (export-import) presents as International Trade Price Index
(ITPI). Calculation of ITPI (2010=100) based on the monitoring of commodity
price changes in export and import activities.
20. Foreign Exchange Rate data are collected every Tuesday and Thursday from
selected currency exchange.
21. Gold price data are collected every Tuesday and Thursday from selected gold
traders. The price of gold recorded is the price of golden ornament excluding the
cost of production.
22. Share Trade :
a. Shares traded are registered shares at the Capital Market Supervisory Agency
(Bapepam) and recorded at Indonesian stock exchange, excluding shares
withhold as guarantee for the issuance of PT.Danareksa Certificates.
b. The volume of shares trade is the volume of daily transaction at the Indonesian
stock exchange.
c. The average volume of shares trade is the total number of shares traded
divided by the number of transaction days (Monday through Friday except
holiday).
