7. About Flyman
Flyman Incorporation is an entrepreneurship organization that provides informa-
tion technology products and services to the community, targeting individuals, busi-
ness sectors, government and organizations (schools, universities, entrepreneurship
groups, farmers and NGO’s). By providing system development, seminars, workshops,
technology assistant and consultation, community forums , hardware and software
installation, maintenance and training.
Flyman Inc was established in 2014, for the pur-
pose of creating awareness of rural community
on the use of technology to the development sec-
tors (schools, agriculture, health and businesses)
especially in Tanzania. In 2015 was intoduced to
Ucc students dar es salaam and formed computer
club . In 2017 was introduced to Mzumbe Univer-
sity students morogoro as an organization to give
the knowledge and products to students about
technology.

Technology to communities in Africa
Most people in Africa are low earners and with less knowledge on tech-
nology. Fly man Inc provides different events that will enable Africans
earn more and have knowledge in the production sector. Preparation of
events to the community to teach people on trending technology and
providing technological products and services to improve the standards
through different production sector for example agriculture, transport,
home and business.
Entrepreneurship improvement in businesses
Establishment workshops, seminars, newspapers, posters, promotions and technology products
that can be implemented to improve business cycle also skills for the individuals.New and trend-
ing technology that enable entrepreneurs to gain more profits. Controlling of the business daily
transactions for example the use of POS (Point Of Sale) system, accounting system, management
system and production system.

Student forums
Students participate and learn about
technology through school participa-
tion. Flyman Inc provides forums to
students to discuss about technol-
ogy and how they can learn and im-
prove thinking capacity. The facilita-
tion of computer studies, technology
and talents through team work from
clubs, also providing competitions on
technology and allowing forums in
the monthly magazine participated
by different schools within a located
area.

Monthly Magazine
Flyman Inc produces monthly magazine with the
aim of providing skills and updates to the com-
munity based on technology. Social updates that
give attention to the reader and be attracted to buy
the magazine. Amusement department designs the
competitive graphics that enable meet the market
challenge.

Agriculture farm track system
system to enabling farmers control database of the farm
and know the profit and expenses used to produce clops.
Also farmers have a forum communicate to the buyers
about the produced clops enable easy and suitable mech-
anism. System to advertise the crops and buyers buy from
the farm through website and mobile app.
Student report management system
Integrating system that enables school management, teacher, student and parents to
share the reports. Parents get daily reports of students; teachers provide the informa-
tion of the student (test, exams, attendance and medical report) and school manage-
ment to inform the parent on the school fees through website and mobile app.

through different projects that are con-
ducted by our organization for exam-
ple system development, forums and
consultation to the community based
on technology. Achievement of annual
growth rate by providing technical sup-
port and exporting of technology equip-
ment that enable the project to have its
target for the community.
Flyman Inc produces the products and
services to the community; the infor-
mation of our commodity is transferred
through different media and proce-
dures. New ways used to attract the
audience regardless to our production
through broadcasting media, website,
social media, newspaper and magazine.
We market to individuals, companies
and government who collaborate with
our organization to a certain project.
We target a geographical concentration
sectors to the market place.
Sales volume for Flyman Inc is to tar-
get the end users of our products and
service,where the demand of our tech-
nology if from rural areas.We intend to
build workstations of technology that
enable the people learn and evaluate
the skills for example computer short
courses, internet café and seminar
places where the people learn the new
technology. Building kiosk shops to
sell technology equipments like mo-
bile phones, computers, solar equip-
ments, and other home accessories.
Customer awareness in Flyman Inc is
conducted by business and entrepre-
neurship department who are familiar
with the customer needs and purchas-
ing preferences through understand-
ing buyers’ mindsets and accurately
prediction and tactics to deliver the
results.
